【摘要】：目的以150例少精弱精癥男性患者作為研究對(duì)象,探究對(duì)患者采用自擬黃地助育湯進(jìn)行治療的臨床效果。方法本研究選我院治療的150例少精弱精癥男性患者作為研究對(duì)象,所有受試患者均采用自擬黃地助育湯進(jìn)行治療,采用自身對(duì)照法探究分析患者的臨床治療效果。結(jié)果少精癥患者的治療總有效率為90.3%(28/31);弱精癥患者的治療總有效率為90.6%(58/64);少弱精癥患者的治療總有效率為87.3%(48/55)。且在患者治療期間,僅12例患者出現(xiàn)輕微的胃腸道不適反應(yīng),不影響患者的后續(xù)用藥治療。結(jié)論對(duì)男性少精弱精癥患者采用自擬黃地助育湯進(jìn)行治療其臨床效果顯著,能顯著改善患者的精子質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of self-made Huangdi Zhuyu decoction on 150 cases of oligozoospermia male patients. Methods 150 cases of oligozoospermia male patients were selected as the research object. All the patients were treated with Huangdi Zhuyu decoction, and the clinical effect of the patients was analyzed by self-control method. Results the total effective rate of oligozoospermia was 90.33 / 28 / 31, that of asthenospermia was 90.6 / 58 / 64 / 64, and that of oligospermia was 87.3 / 55 / 55. During the course of treatment, only 12 patients had mild gastrointestinal discomfort, which did not affect the follow-up drug therapy. Conclusion it is effective to treat male oligozoospermia and asthenospermia with Huangdi Zhuyu decoction, which can improve the quality of spermatozoa.
