【摘要】：中醫(yī)學作為醫(yī)學體系中最重要的組成部分已存在幾千年,確切的臨床療效作為其生命支撐。然而中醫(yī)學要在繼承的基礎上不斷創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展,必須與現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學接軌,那么現(xiàn)存最大的瓶頸在于中醫(yī)證候療效評價體系缺乏國家通行標準。筆者就現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學架構下中醫(yī)證候臨床療效評價所遇到的問題做一梳理,以期為其制定標準提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Chinese medicine as the most important component of the medical system has existed for thousands of years, the exact clinical efficacy as its life support. However, if traditional Chinese medicine is to innovate and develop continuously on the basis of inheritance, it must be in line with modern medicine, so the biggest bottleneck lies in the lack of national standard in the evaluation system of TCM syndrome curative effect. The author combed the problems encountered in the clinical evaluation of TCM syndromes under the framework of modern medicine in order to provide a reference basis for the establishment of the standard of TCM syndromes.
