【摘要】：目的:觀察自擬益氣寧血湯治療子宮腺肌病所致月經(jīng)過多(氣虛血瘀證)的臨床療效,評(píng)價(jià)該方的有效性和安全性,為臨床治療此類病證提供一種新的理論基礎(chǔ)和臨床依據(jù)。方法:篩選出臨床符合本病證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)患者72例,采用隨機(jī)雙盲法對(duì)照試驗(yàn),分為治療組和對(duì)照組。治療組:服用自擬益氣寧血湯治療,于經(jīng)期第4天開始服藥,水煎,取汁300ml,每日一劑,早晚溫服,連服7天。對(duì)照組:服用八珍顆粒,于經(jīng)期第4天開始服藥,每袋3.5g,每次1袋,開水沖服,每日2次,連服7天。以上兩組患者服用中藥期間均不加服其它藥物,連續(xù)服藥3個(gè)療程(三個(gè)月經(jīng)周期)后停藥,觀察患者服藥前后癥狀改善情況,并隨訪1個(gè)月,觀察病情有無減輕、復(fù)發(fā)或加重,行療效評(píng)定。結(jié)果:治療組與對(duì)照組各36例患者,經(jīng)過治療后,自擬益氣寧血湯治療組:痊愈10例,顯效12例,有效11例,總有效率91.67%;八珍顆粒對(duì)照組:痊愈4例,顯效7例,有效12例,總有效率63.89%,兩組間總有效率的對(duì)比有顯著差異性(P0.05),即在療效上治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:本課題通過臨床觀察對(duì)比分析,自擬益氣寧血湯治療子宮腺肌病所致月經(jīng)過多(氣虛血瘀證)臨床療效顯著,明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組八珍顆粒,且未見明顯不良反應(yīng),故可在臨床治療此病上作進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Ningxue decoction (YQNXD) in treating menorrhagia (qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) caused by uterine adenomyosis, and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the prescription, and to provide a new theoretical basis and clinical basis for clinical treatment of this kind of disease. Methods: a total of 72 patients were selected and divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group: take self-made Yiqi Ningxue decoction, on the 4th day of menstrual period, start taking medicine, decoction, juice 300 ml, one dose daily, morning and evening warm, take for 7 days. Control group: Bazhen granules were taken on the 4th day of menstrual period, 3. 5 g per bag, 1 bag per bag, boiled water, 2 times a day for 7 days. During the period of taking traditional Chinese medicine, the patients in the above two groups did not take other drugs and stopped taking medicine for three consecutive courses (three menstrual cycles). The symptoms of the patients before and after taking the medicine were observed, and the patients were followed up for 1 month to see if the condition had been alleviated. Recurrence or aggravation were evaluated. Results: after treatment, 10 cases were cured, 12 cases were effective, 11 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and the control group: 4 cases were cured, 7 cases were effective, 12 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 63.89. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P 0.05), that is, the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the clinical effect of Yiqi Ningxue decoction in treating menstruation caused by uterine adenomyosis (Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) was significantly better than that of Bazhen granule in the control group, and there was no obvious adverse reaction. Therefore, it can be further popularized and applied in clinical treatment of this disease.
