【摘要】：目的：觀察中藥湯劑“清肺消斑湯”聯(lián)合局部點(diǎn)刺放血療法治療酒渣鼻肺胃熱盛證的臨床療效。方法：將符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的70例酒渣鼻患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組各35例。前者予以口服中藥湯劑“清肺消斑湯”聯(lián)合局部點(diǎn)刺放血療法,后者予以口服“裸花紫珠片”聯(lián)合“膚螨靈軟膏”外用。療程為28天,在治療前和治療第14天、第28天分別對兩組患者的的皮損和主觀癥狀進(jìn)行觀察和記錄,通過兩組患者各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的評分情況,判定中藥湯劑“清肺消斑湯”聯(lián)合點(diǎn)刺放血治療酒渣鼻肺胃熱盛證的臨床療效。結(jié)果：1.總有效率比較：治療2周末,總有效率治療組為66.67%,對照組的為40.63%；治療4周末,總有效率治療組為84.85%,對照組為53.13%。兩組間分別經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn),P0.05,兩組間均存在顯著性差異,說明“清肺消斑湯”聯(lián)合局部點(diǎn)刺放血的總有效率更高。2.皮損積分比較：治療第2、4周末,兩組患者的皮損積分與療前相比,均存在顯著差異；而治療第2周末時(shí),兩組間經(jīng)獨(dú)立t檢驗(yàn),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；至治療第4周末,兩組間比較,具有顯著性差異。說明治療第4周末時(shí),“清肺消斑湯”聯(lián)合點(diǎn)刺放血在改善酒渣鼻患者皮損積分上療效更佳。3.主觀癥狀積分比較：治療第2、4周末時(shí),兩組分別與各自組別治療前相比較,均存在顯著差異；而治療第2周末時(shí),兩組間經(jīng)獨(dú)立t檢驗(yàn),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；至治療第4周末,兩組間比較,具有顯著差異。說明兩組藥物均可有效改善患者的主觀癥狀,但相比而言,治療第4周末時(shí),前者在改善酒渣鼻患者主觀癥狀方面療效更佳。結(jié)論：1.中藥湯劑“清肺消斑湯”聯(lián)合局部點(diǎn)刺放血療法能夠有效改善酒渣鼻(肺胃熱盛證)治療前后的癥狀積分。2.中藥湯劑“清肺消斑湯”聯(lián)合局部點(diǎn)刺放血療法是治療酒渣鼻(肺胃熱盛證)安全有效的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Qingfei Xiaoban decoction (QFXD) combined with local puncturing and bloodletting therapy in the treatment of rosacea lung stomach heat syndrome. Methods: 70 patients with rosacea were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). The former was given oral Chinese medicine decoction "Qingfei Xiaoban decoction" combined with local puncturing bloodletting therapy, and the latter was given oral "Naked Flower Purple Pearl tablet" and "skin mite Ointment" for external use. The course of treatment was 28 days. The skin lesions and subjective symptoms of the two groups were observed and recorded before treatment, 14 days and 28 days, respectively. To determine the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction "Qingfei Xiaoban decoction" combined with puncturing and bleeding in the treatment of rosacea lung stomach heat syndrome. The result is 1: 1. The total effective rate was 66.67 in the treatment group and 40.63 in the control group at the end of 2 weeks, and 84.85 in the treatment group and 53.13 in the control group at the end of 4 weeks. There was significant difference between the two groups by rank sum test (P 0.05), which indicated that the total effective rate of Qingfei Xiaoban decoction combined with local prick bleeding was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Comparison of skin lesion scores: at the end of the 2nd week of treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in the score of skin lesions compared with those before treatment, but at the end of the second week of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups by independent t test; at the end of the 4th week of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups. There was significant difference between the two groups. At the end of the 4th week of treatment, Qingfei Xiaoban decoction combined with puncturing and bleeding was more effective in improving the score of rosacea patients. Comparison of subjective symptom scores: at the end of the 2nd week of treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups compared with their respective groups before treatment, while at the end of the second week of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups by independent t test; at the end of the 4th week of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups. There were significant differences between the two groups. The results showed that the two groups were effective in improving the subjective symptoms of the patients, but at the end of the 4th week of treatment, the former was more effective in improving the subjective symptoms of rosacea patients. Conclusion 1. Traditional Chinese medicine decoction "Qingfei Xiaoban decoction" combined with local puncturing and bleeding therapy can effectively improve the symptom score of rosacea (lung and stomach heat syndrome) before and after treatment. Qingfei Xiaoban decoction (QFXD) combined with local puncturing bleeding therapy is a safe and effective treatment for rosacea (lung and stomach heat syndrome).
