【摘要】：多部教材專(zhuān)著認(rèn)為保健灸古稱"逆灸",提倡無(wú)病先灸。然據(jù)筆者考證,"逆灸"既有未病先迎更兼錯(cuò)亂妄灸之義,所涉病證僅限新生兒痙病和霍亂兩者,然古代醫(yī)家從其有效性與安全性考量,皆強(qiáng)調(diào)須"戒"之。以逆灸為例探討現(xiàn)代灸法養(yǎng)生的適用性,以期對(duì)其規(guī)范化實(shí)踐提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Many textbook monographs believe that health moxibustion is called "reverse moxibustion" in ancient times, and promote disease-free moxibustion first. However, according to the author's textual research, "reverse moxibustion" has not only the meaning of treating the disease without illness but also misguided moxibustion, and the disease syndrome is only limited to neonatal spasmolysis and cholera. However, from the consideration of its effectiveness and safety, the ancient doctors all emphasize the need to "abstain" from the point of view of its effectiveness and safety. This paper discusses the applicability of modern moxibustion as an example in order to provide theoretical basis for its standardized practice.
