【摘要】：針灸醫(yī)學(xué)是中醫(yī)學(xué)中不可或缺的成員。長期工作在中醫(yī)針灸臨床第一線、積累了寶貴的臨床診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)的名中醫(yī),是中醫(yī)針灸最高水平的代表,是我國中醫(yī)針灸學(xué)的瑰寶。繼承和發(fā)展名老中醫(yī)的診療經(jīng)驗(yàn),推動(dòng)我國中醫(yī)針灸學(xué)的理論化、系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化,造福廣大群眾,是現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)針灸學(xué)發(fā)展過程中要面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。因而,本文設(shè)計(jì)一種基于名中醫(yī)針灸配穴規(guī)律的知識集成系統(tǒng),旨在推動(dòng)名中醫(yī)針灸診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)傳承與針灸發(fā)展。課題的研究主要分為3個(gè)部分:針灸知識管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)、針灸配穴規(guī)律的研究、分布式針灸輔助診療系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。針灸知識管理系統(tǒng)以張道宗、石學(xué)敏等名中醫(yī)臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)著作中的處方整理與數(shù)據(jù)倉庫建立為基礎(chǔ),基于.Net平臺和RBAC模式實(shí)現(xiàn)不同角色權(quán)限的用戶對于針灸知識不同層面的管理和學(xué)習(xí)需求。之后,以感冒和消渴病癥為實(shí)例,應(yīng)用知識管理平臺集成的偏序結(jié)構(gòu)圖、偏序結(jié)構(gòu)占星圖等數(shù)據(jù)可視化功能對數(shù)據(jù)庫存儲的名中醫(yī)針灸處方中的證-癥、證-穴關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究和發(fā)現(xiàn),為分布式針灸輔助診療系統(tǒng)的規(guī)則庫及診斷模型建立提供理論和數(shù)據(jù)支持。最后,在Web Service與Android等現(xiàn)代技術(shù)下實(shí)現(xiàn)了分布式針灸輔助診療系統(tǒng),使集成和發(fā)現(xiàn)的名中醫(yī)針灸診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)服務(wù)于診療。名中醫(yī)針灸知識集成系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對名中醫(yī)臨床診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)的有序化、層次化整合、存儲與管理,并集成了數(shù)據(jù)可視化工具及輔助診療功能,對于名中醫(yī)針灸診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳承,中醫(yī)針灸理論的完善及科研方法的創(chuàng)新、臨床診療等方面均有積極促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Acupuncture and moxibustion medicine is an indispensable member of traditional Chinese medicine. The long term work in the clinical front line of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion, which has accumulated valuable experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment, is the representative of the highest level of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion, and is the treasure of Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion science. Inheriting and developing the experience of diagnosis and treatment of famous traditional Chinese medicine, promoting the theory, systematization and standardization of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine in our country, and benefiting the broad masses, are the major challenges in the development of modern acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, this paper designs a knowledge integration system based on the law of acupuncture and moxibustion in famous Chinese medicine, aiming at promoting the inheritance of acupuncture and moxibustion experience and the development of acupuncture and moxibustion in famous Chinese medicine. The research is divided into three parts: the realization of knowledge management system of acupuncture and moxibustion, the study of the law of acupuncture and moxibustion points matching, and the realization of distributed acupuncture and moxibustion auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system. The acupuncture and moxibustion knowledge management system is based on the prescription arrangement and the establishment of data warehouse in the clinical works of Zhang Dao-zong and Shi Xuemin. Based on. Net platform and RBAC mode, users with different roles and permissions have different management and learning needs for different levels of acupuncture and moxibustion knowledge. Then, taking cold and thirst disease as an example, applying the data visualization functions such as partial sequence structure map, partial sequence structure astrograph and other data visualization functions integrated by the knowledge management platform, the syndromes and syndromes in the famous acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine stored in the database were studied. The research and discovery of the relationship between syndromes and acupoints provide theoretical and data support for the rule base and diagnosis model establishment of distributed acupuncture and moxibustion aided diagnosis and treatment system. Finally, the distributed acupuncture and moxibustion assistant diagnosis and treatment system is realized under the modern technology such as Web Service and Android, so that the experience of acupuncture and moxibustion diagnosis and treatment of famous Chinese medicine can be integrated and discovered to serve the diagnosis and treatment. The famous acupuncture and moxibustion knowledge integration system realizes the ordering, hierarchical integration, storage and management of the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of famous Chinese medicine, and integrates the data visualization tools and auxiliary diagnosis and treatment functions, so as to pass on the experience of acupuncture and moxibustion diagnosis and treatment in famous Chinese medicine. The improvement of acupuncture and moxibustion theory, the innovation of scientific research methods and the clinical diagnosis and treatment all play an active role in promoting the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.
