  本文選題：艾納香 + 假東風(fēng)草��； 參考：《中國藥房》2017年09期

【摘要】：目的:建立艾納香及其偽品假東風(fēng)草的高效液相色譜(HPLC)指紋圖譜。方法:采用HPLC法。色譜柱為Uitimate-C18,流動(dòng)相為乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脫),流速為0.6 m L/min,檢測(cè)波長為270 nm,柱溫為25℃,進(jìn)樣量為7μL。以槲皮素為參照物,對(duì)16批艾納香藥材和5批假東風(fēng)草藥材采用《中藥色譜指紋圖譜相似度評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)》(2004 A版)進(jìn)行共有峰指認(rèn)和相似度分析。結(jié)果:16批艾納香藥材有61個(gè)共有峰,相似度為0.931~0.995,明顯高于5批假東風(fēng)草藥材的相似度。結(jié)論:該研究所建指紋圖譜可為艾納香的鑒別和質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。
