【摘要】：目的:以思密達(dá)聯(lián)合消旋卡多曲治療為對照,觀察黃白顆粒治療嬰幼兒輪狀病毒腸炎濕熱證的療效及其安全性。方法:采用隨機平行對照(陽性藥物對照)設(shè)計的臨床研究方法,將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60個病例按照隨機原則分為治療組和對照組各30例。兩組均根據(jù)病情需要予補液治療,治療組予口服黃白顆粒,對照組予思密達(dá)、消旋卡多曲,療程5天。比較治療后兩組患兒的大便次數(shù)、大便性狀、發(fā)熱、嘔吐等方面的情況及用藥安全性。結(jié)果:大便次數(shù)正常的患兒,治療組有23例(76.67%),對照組有16例(53.33%);大便性狀正常的患兒,治療組有23例(76.67%),對照組有15例(50.00%);兩組數(shù)據(jù)對比,P值均0.05,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;兩組患兒大便次數(shù)和性狀、體溫、嘔吐、腹痛、脫水等主要臨床癥狀恢復(fù)的時間相比較,治療組效果更好;兩組總有效率分別為96.67%、93.33%,痊愈率76.67%、53.33%,統(tǒng)計后P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,黃白顆粒療效更佳;治療組輪狀病毒轉(zhuǎn)陰率高于對照組,且整個治療過程中未出現(xiàn)任何毒副反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:黃白顆粒對于嬰幼兒輪狀病毒腸炎,在止瀉、退熱、止嘔方面效果顯著,可縮短病程,其療效明顯優(yōu)于思密達(dá)聯(lián)合消旋卡多曲組。證明黃白顆粒治療嬰幼兒輪狀病毒腸炎之濕熱證是安全且有效的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of Huangbai granule in treating infant rotavirus enteritis with damp-heat syndrome. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Both groups were treated with rehydration according to their condition. The treatment group was treated with Huangbai granule and the control group was treated with smecta and racemic cardotrix for 5 days. The defecation times, defecation traits, fever, vomiting and drug safety were compared between the two groups. Results: there were 23 patients with normal defecation in the treatment group and 16 patients in the control group with 53.33jiao, 23 patients in the treatment group and 15 patients in the control group with normal defecation traits, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). In comparison with the recovery time of the main clinical symptoms such as body temperature, vomiting, abdominal pain and dehydration, the total effective rate of the two groups was 96.677,93.33 and the cure rate was 76.677.67 and 53.33.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The rotavirus negative rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and no side effects were found in the whole treatment process. Conclusion: the effect of Huangbai granule on infantile rotavirus enteritis is significant in reducing diarrhea, fever and vomiting, and can shorten the course of disease. The curative effect of Huangbai granule is better than that of smecta combined with racemic cardotrix group. It is proved that Huangbai granule is safe and effective in treating infant rotavirus enteritis with damp-heat syndrome.
