【摘要】：目的觀察尺膚針聯(lián)合中藥治療腹瀉型腸易激綜合征的療效。方法將腹瀉型腸易激綜合征患者隨機(jī)分為治療組102例和對(duì)照組105例,治療組采用尺膚針聯(lián)合自擬中藥湯劑口服,對(duì)照組采用匹維溴銨片口服,兩組療程均為1個(gè)月。觀察兩組臨床療效及治療前后主要癥狀及次要癥狀評(píng)分。結(jié)果治療組痊愈25例,顯效37例,有效34例,無效6例,總有效率94.12%;對(duì)照組痊愈20例,顯效29例,有效30例,無效26例,總有效率75.24%,治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療組治療后腹瀉頻率、腹痛程度、腹脹程度、飲食情況及睡眠質(zhì)量評(píng)分均較治療前明顯降低(P0.05);對(duì)照組治療后飲食情況及睡眠質(zhì)量評(píng)分較治療前差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其他各癥狀評(píng)分均明顯降低(P0.05)。治療組治療后腹瀉頻率、飲食情況、睡眠質(zhì)量評(píng)分均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論尺膚針聯(lián)合中藥治療腹瀉型腸易激綜合征可有效改善患者腹痛程度、腹脹程度、腹瀉頻率、睡眠質(zhì)量、飲食情況,且療效優(yōu)于匹維溴銨片。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of ulnar skin acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome. Methods the patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 102) and control group (n = 105). The clinical efficacy and the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Results in the treatment group, 25 cases were cured, 37 cases were effective, 34 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.12%, while in the control group, 20 cases were cured, 29 cases were effective, 30 cases were effective, 26 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 75.245.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). In the treatment group, the frequency of diarrhea, the degree of abdominal pain, the degree of abdominal distension, The scores of diet and sleep quality were significantly lower than those before treatment, while the scores of diet and sleep quality in the control group were not significantly different from those before treatment, and the scores of other symptoms were significantly lower than those before treatment. The frequency of diarrhea, diet and sleep quality in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome with ulnar skin acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the degree of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea frequency, sleep quality, diet, and the curative effect is better than that of pivermine bromide tablets.
