【摘要】：文章介紹符文彬教授整合思維"一針二灸三鞏固"模式治療頑固性面癱的臨床診治經(jīng)驗(yàn)。符文彬教授將中醫(yī)理論與現(xiàn)代神經(jīng)解剖學(xué)相結(jié)合,在整合思維指導(dǎo)下用"一針二灸三鞏固"的模式綜合運(yùn)用針刺、精灸、刺絡(luò)、埋針療法根據(jù)病癥、病情辨證治療。臨證重視針刺調(diào)神與背部膀胱經(jīng)腧穴以及三陽經(jīng)的應(yīng)用,并獨(dú)創(chuàng)精灸技術(shù),其特點(diǎn)有熱力集中、透熱迅速、刺激量大。多種療法協(xié)同使用,提高了臨床療效,提示針刺、艾灸、埋針等綜合治療具有協(xié)同增效的效果。符文彬教授整體思維下的診斷評估到具體針法的應(yīng)用,不僅對臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳承與發(fā)展有著重要的意義,也為中醫(yī)針灸治療其它疾病提供了可借鑒的模式。
[Abstract]:This article introduces Professor Fu Wenbin's experience in treating obstinate facial paralysis with the mode of "one needle moxibustion and three consolidation". Professor Fu Wenbin combines the theory of traditional Chinese medicine with modern neuroanatomy and uses the mode of "one needle two moxibustion and three consolidation" under the guidance of integrated thinking to comprehensively apply acupuncture, fine moxibustion, pricking collaterals, and acupuncture therapy according to disease and syndrome differentiation treatment. The clinical syndromes attach importance to the application of acupuncture to regulate the mind, the acupoints of the back bladder meridian and the three yang meridians, and create the original refined moxibustion technique, which is characterized by heat concentration, rapid heat permeation and large amount of stimulation. The synergistic use of multiple therapies improves the clinical efficacy, indicating that the combined treatment of acupuncture, moxibustion and burying acupuncture has synergistic and synergistic effect. Professor Fu Wenbin's diagnosis and evaluation under the overall thinking to the application of specific acupuncture method not only has important significance for the inheritance and development of clinical experience but also provides a model for the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of other diseases.
