【摘要】：目的:觀察中醫(yī)分期辨證論治高血壓腎病的臨床療效。方法:選取2014年3月—2015年8月該院收治的高血壓腎病患者55例,應(yīng)用中醫(yī)分期辨證論治法治療,觀察臨床療效。結(jié)果:治療后,入選病例白晝及夜間的血壓水平均顯著降低,與治療前的數(shù)據(jù)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);高血壓腎病療效:顯效20例,有效31例,無(wú)效4例,總有效率為92.73%。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)分期辨證論治治療高血壓腎病,效果滿意,值得臨床進(jìn)一步借鑒、應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of treating hypertensive nephropathy by stages of TCM. Methods: from March 2014 to August 2015, 55 patients with hypertension nephropathy were selected and treated with TCM treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results: after treatment, the blood pressure of the selected patients decreased significantly in both day and night, the difference was statistically significant compared with the data before treatment, and the curative effect of hypertensive nephropathy was remarkable in 20 cases, effective in 31 cases, ineffective in 4 cases, and the total effective rate was 92.73%. Conclusion: the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy by stage differentiation of symptoms and signs in TCM is satisfactory and worthy of further clinical reference and application.
