【摘要】：張仲景以《黃帝內經》(以下簡稱《內經》)為理論基礎,因脈證而論治用方,理法方藥一線貫穿,稱"平脈辨證",以此開辨證論治先河。此后臨床辨證論治思維方式又有兩次突破,第一次是金元時代劉完素和李東垣把病機發(fā)展成病機學說,使辨病機的理念運用于辨證論治,提出病機辨證和氣化的升降出入;第二次是近代在引進現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學病名而同時辨證論治的實踐中,引進微觀辨證、影像學等臨床技術,逐漸蘊發(fā)了辨病與辨證相結合,使醫(yī)者的臨床思維方式得到變換提升。
[Abstract]:Zhang Zhongjing, based on the Huangdi Internal Classic (hereinafter referred to as "Internal Classic"), treats the prescription according to the pulse syndrome, and calls it "ping pulse differentiation".Since then, there have been two breakthroughs in the thinking mode of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment. The first time was that Liu Wan-su and Li Dongyuan developed the pathogenesis into the pathogenesis theory in the Jin and Yuan dynasties, so that the idea of differentiation and pathogenesis was applied to the differentiation of syndrome and treatment, and the difference between the pathogenesis differentiation and gasification was put forward.The second time is the modern practice of introducing modern medical names and syndrome differentiation at the same time, the introduction of microscopic syndrome differentiation, imaging and other clinical techniques, gradually accumulated the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, so that the clinical thinking mode of the doctor has been changed and improved.
