舌三針配合生物電刺激治療中風(fēng)后假性球麻痹吞咽障礙的增效觀察

【摘要】:目的:通過(guò)舌三針觀察組與對(duì)照組對(duì)中風(fēng)后假性球麻痹吞咽功能障礙臨床療效的對(duì)比研究,以探尋臨床上治療假性球麻痹吞咽功能障礙的更有效的治療方法和手段,更好地為臨床服務(wù)。方法:將臨床收集的60例中風(fēng)后假性球麻痹吞咽功能障礙的患者隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組和觀察組,對(duì)照組30例,舌三針(上廉泉穴及上廉泉穴左右各0.8寸)普通針刺30 min;觀察組30例,舌三針普通針刺30 min后予以美國(guó)生產(chǎn)的e SWALLOW吞咽功能治療儀進(jìn)行生物電刺激20min;療效評(píng)價(jià)參照洼田飲水試驗(yàn),兩組病例對(duì)象療程為10 d,作3次評(píng)價(jià),分別為治療前、治療5d后、療程結(jié)束時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:對(duì)照組和觀察組兩組所采用的治療手段均能改善中風(fēng)后假性球麻痹患者的吞咽功能。結(jié)論:觀察組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore a more effective treatment method and method for pseudobulbar paralysis dysphagia after apoplexy by comparing the clinical effect of tongue three acupuncture observation group and control group on dysphagia dysfunction of pseudobulbar paralysis after apoplexy.Better serve for the clinic.Methods: sixty patients with pseudobulbar palsy dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30), the control group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30), and the control group (n = 30), the control group (n = 30) and the observation group (n = 30).After 30 min of common needling of tongue, the treatment instrument of e SWALLOW swallowing function made in the United States was given bioelectric stimulation for 20 minutes, and the curative effect was evaluated with reference to the test of drinking water in depressions. The course of treatment of the two groups of patients was 10 days, which was evaluated three times, before and after 5 days of treatment, respectively.Evaluation at the end of the course.Results: both the control group and the observation group could improve the swallowing function of the patients with pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke.Conclusion: the curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group (P 0.01).
