【摘要】：運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)分析針灸治療痰濕型肥胖經(jīng)穴使用規(guī)律及特點(diǎn),為臨床遣穴論治提供一定理論依據(jù)。收集從1987年至2015年針灸治療痰濕肥胖的臨床文獻(xiàn)并建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)錄入Excel表格,用python2.7做前期的數(shù)據(jù)處理、頻數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與關(guān)聯(lián)分析,利用SPSS Statistics 20進(jìn)行聚類(lèi)分析。納入49篇,涉及經(jīng)絡(luò)12條、腧穴58個(gè),共涉頻次447次,耳穴17個(gè)、涉頻次75次;電針14次,單純艾灸4次,溫針灸11次。最常用的經(jīng)絡(luò)依次為足陽(yáng)明胃經(jīng)、任脈和足太陰脾經(jīng),最常用的腧穴依次為中脘、天樞、足三里、陰陵泉和豐隆穴,耳穴最常用的依次是是三焦、脾和內(nèi)分泌,艾灸最常用穴位是神闕。腧穴關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則最高是水分-天樞,耳穴關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則最高是脾-三焦,經(jīng)絡(luò)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則最高是任脈-胃經(jīng)。通過(guò)腧穴聚類(lèi)和經(jīng)絡(luò)聚類(lèi)圖各得四個(gè)和五個(gè)有效聚類(lèi)群組。針灸治療痰濕肥胖多以足陽(yáng)明胃經(jīng)和任脈為主,多方法結(jié)合,重視辯證取穴。
[Abstract]:The use of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating phlegm dampness obesity meridian points is analyzed by data mining technology, which provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of acupoints.From 1987 to 2015, the clinical literature of acupuncture and moxibustion on phlegm dampness obesity was collected and the database was built into Excel table. The data processing, frequency statistics and correlation analysis were done with python2.7, and cluster analysis was carried out by SPSS Statistics 20.It included 49 articles, involving 12 meridians and 58 acupoints, involving frequency 447 times, ear points 17 times, involving frequency 75 times, electroacupuncture 14 times, simple moxibustion 4 times, warming acupuncture 11 times.The most commonly used meridians are the Foyang Ming stomach Meridian, the Renmai and the foot Taiyin spleen Meridians, the most commonly used acupoints are Zhongwan, Tianshu, Zusanli, Yin Lingquan and Fenglong, and the most commonly used auricular points are Sanjiao, spleen and Endocrine.Moxibustion is the most commonly used acupoint is Shenque.The highest association rule of acupoint is water-Tianshu, the highest of ear point association rule is spleen-Sanjiao, and the highest of meridian association rule is Renmai-stomach meridian.Through acupoint clustering and meridian clustering, four and five effective clustering groups were obtained respectively.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of phlegm dampness obesity is mainly based on foot Yangming stomach Meridian and Renmai, combined with multiple methods, pay attention to dialectical points.
