【摘要】：痤瘡為皮膚科常見疾病,多見于青春期男女,皮疹易反復發(fā)生,嚴重影響容貌美。陳麗娟教授長期從事美容皮膚科的臨床與教學工作,對痤瘡、黃褐斑等常見損美病癥的論治用藥獨到,善組對藥進行辨證施治,且療效顯著。文章整理了陳麗娟教授論治痤瘡的臨證經驗,通過對馬齒莧、白花蛇舌草和板藍根,白鮮皮、薏苡仁和浮萍,皂角刺、夏枯草和山慈菇以及丹參、赤芍和當歸等對藥的綜合分析,從清熱解毒、止癢消腫、軟堅散結、消痕增白等角度進行闡述,并佐以驗案,以饗同道。
[Abstract]:Acne is a common disease in dermatology.Professor Chen Lijuan has long been engaged in the clinical and teaching work in the department of cosmetic dermatology. The treatment of acne, chloasma and other common diseases is unique, and the good group is treated by differentiation of symptoms and signs, and the curative effect is remarkable.The article collates the clinical experience of Professor Chen Lijuan in the treatment of acne, through the treatment of Portulaca oleracea, Hedysarum albicans and Radix Isatidis, White fresh skin, Coix seed seed and duckweed, Saponaria sinensis, Prunella subtilis and Tushi Mushroom, and Salvia miltiorrhiza.Comprehensive analysis of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Angelica Sinensis, from the aspects of clearing away heat and detoxification, relieving itching and swelling, soft and firm and whitening, etc.
