【摘要】：目的:通過對《金匱要略》中陰證學(xué)術(shù)思想探析,了解和掌握張仲景對內(nèi)傷雜病中陰證疾病的辨治規(guī)律和特色,為臨床正確治療陰證提供借鑒。方法:通過相關(guān)文獻的檢索及陰證理論的探討,明確陰證的定義。并以此為立足點對《金匱要略》中屬于陰證的疾病劃分整理,總結(jié)其辨治規(guī)律和特色,明確仲景對陰證的臨床治療思路及辨治經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果:仲景對于陰證的治療除了繼承了《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中“寒者熱之”、“虛者補之”、“勞者溫之”的治療大法,還提出了陰證中水液失常類陰證的“以溫藥和之”、“以通代溫”等法,豐富了陰證的治療方法。隨證用藥,給我們臨床治療陰證提供了理論與臨床的指導(dǎo)和借鑒結(jié)論:仲景繼承和發(fā)展了《內(nèi)經(jīng)》陰陽學(xué)說,將陰陽失衡作為疾病發(fā)生的總綱對疾病進行討論,從臨床角度闡釋了陰證的證治規(guī)律,為當(dāng)代中醫(yī)醫(yī)家辨治陰證提供了指導(dǎo)和啟發(fā)。仲景以陰證理論指導(dǎo)臨床,為后世陰證理論發(fā)展之源,并為臨床陰證辨治之典范。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand and master Zhang Zhongjing's law and characteristics of differentiation and treatment of syndromes of internal injury and miscellaneous diseases in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of Yin syndrome by analyzing the academic thought of Zhongyin syndrome in synopsis of Golden Chamber.Methods: the definition of yin syndrome was defined by searching related literature and discussing the theory of yin syndrome.From this standpoint, the author classifies and classifies the diseases of Yin syndrome in synopsis of the Golden Chamber, summarizes the law and characteristics of differentiation and treatment, and clarifies Zhongjing's clinical treatment thinking and experience in treating Yin syndrome.Results: Zhongjing's treatment of Yin syndrome not only inherited the treatment method of "heat of cold", "supplement of deficiency", "warm of laborer", but also put forward the method of "warming medicine and medicine" of Yin syndrome with abnormal water and liquid in yin syndrome.The treatment of Yin syndrome has been enriched by the method of toning and warming.The conclusion is that Zhongjing inherits and develops the theory of yin and yang, and takes the imbalance of yin and yang as the general principle of the occurrence of the disease to discuss the disease.This paper expounds the law of syndrome and treatment of Yin syndrome from the clinical point of view, and provides guidance and inspiration for modern Chinese medicine doctors to distinguish and treat yin syndrome.Zhongjing's theory of yin syndrome is the source of the development of the theory of yin syndrome and the model of differentiation and treatment of clinical yin syndrome.
