【摘要】：正在現(xiàn)代快節(jié)奏的都市生活中,手機、電腦使我們從自由自在的仰望星空、放飛"風(fēng)箏"的"健康人"快速蛻變?yōu)?頸項強直"的"頸椎病患者"。頸椎病就像現(xiàn)代流行病一樣正在"井噴式發(fā)展",有人預(yù)計"21世紀(jì)將是頸椎病高發(fā)的世紀(jì)"。在我開始進行浮針治療后,也接診了很多頸椎病患者,年齡從中老年向青少年蔓延。因此,作為一個有責(zé)任心的醫(yī)者和科普工作者,我不得不沉下心來,專心寫一篇如何應(yīng)對現(xiàn)代頸椎病的專題文章以饗讀者。
[Abstract]:In modern fast-paced urban life, mobile phones and computers enable us to look up at the stars freely and fly "kites" to "healthy people" who rapidly degenerate into "cervical spondylopathy patients" with "neck rigidity".Cervical spondylosis, like a modern epidemic, is developing by blowout, and it is predicted that the 21st century will see a high incidence of cervical spondylosis.After I started the floating needle therapy, I also received many patients with cervical spondylosis, age spread from middle and old age to teenagers.Therefore, as a responsible doctor and science popularization worker, I have to concentrate on writing a special article on how to deal with modern cervical spondylosis.
