【摘要】：根據(jù)中醫(yī)理論和臨床實踐,對早泄、陽痿和無嗣等男科常見病病機進行了新思考,提出衛(wèi)氣司開合失常為早泄的病機之一,采取調(diào)和衛(wèi)氣治早泄;以腎氣不足,氣脈不通病機為指導(dǎo),采取補腎通氣脈法治無嗣;基于陽痿的因痹致痿病機,采用通痹振痿治陽痿。臨床收獲理想療效。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical practice, this paper makes a new thinking on the pathogenesis of common maladies in male departments such as premature ejaculation, impotence and lack of heirs, and puts forward that the abnormal opening and closing of Wei Qi Division is one of the pathogenesis of premature ejaculation, and that it should be reconciled with Wei Qi to treat premature ejaculation, and the deficiency of kidney qi should be used.Qi-vein impassable pathogenesis for guidance, take tonifying kidney and regulating qi-vein rule without issue; based on impotence due to arthralgia caused by the pathogenesis of impotence, the treatment of impotence.Clinical harvest ideal curative effect.
