【摘要】：總結(jié)班秀文治療妊娠病的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。班教授運(yùn)用六經(jīng)辨證理論闡述妊娠疾病的病變,提出妊娠病的發(fā)生主要以氣血虧虛、沖任不固、肝脾腎功能失調(diào)為主,主張應(yīng)用補(bǔ)氣養(yǎng)血、固腎安胎、調(diào)和肝脾法治之,常用處方有壽胎丸、四物湯、安胎防漏湯、當(dāng)歸芍藥散、歸芍異功散等。臨癥用藥顧整體、驅(qū)邪不傷正、補(bǔ)益不滯邪,同時(shí)注重調(diào)養(yǎng)與防治相結(jié)合,形成以經(jīng)典理論為基礎(chǔ)、獨(dú)特診療為特點(diǎn)、極具臨床療效的學(xué)術(shù)特色。
[Abstract]:To summarize the clinical experience of Ban Xiuwen in the treatment of pregnancy disease.Professor Ban explained the pathological changes of pregnancy diseases by using the theory of syndrome differentiation of six meridians, and pointed out that the occurrence of pregnancy diseases was mainly caused by deficiency of qi and blood, failure to wash or hold water, dysfunction of liver, spleen and kidney, and advocated the application of tonifying qi and nourishing blood, strengthening kidney and nourishing fetus, and harmonizing the rule of law of liver and spleen.Commonly used prescriptions are Shou-Tye pills, Siwu decoction, Anti-leakage decoction, Danggui Shaoyao Powder, Guishao Yi Gong San and so on.The treatment of the disease is based on the classical theory and unique diagnosis and treatment, which has the academic characteristics of clinical curative effect, which is based on the classical theory and characteristic of the diagnosis and treatment, and it also pays attention to the combination of recuperation and prevention and cure.
