【摘要】:《福壽丹書》是明代醫(yī)家龔居中的一部養(yǎng)生巨著,書中養(yǎng)生內(nèi)容豐富,從飲食、精神、氣功、服食等方面闡述了養(yǎng)德養(yǎng)氣是福壽之源的至理。書中飲食養(yǎng)生思想論述全面而詳盡,包括飲食物的采食時間、烹飪調(diào)制方法、飲食物冷熱、品類的食宜與禁忌、食當(dāng)靜心正念、冷熱饑飽適宜、食后漱口摩腹、緩步慢行等內(nèi)容,同時尤其強(qiáng)調(diào)老年人的飲食宜忌,對后世飲食養(yǎng)生有重要的理論指導(dǎo)意義。故從食宜、食忌、食禁及飲食衛(wèi)生等方面擇其要而闡述如下。
[Abstract]:Fu Shou Dan Shu is a great work by Gong Juzhong, a doctor in Ming Dynasty. It contains abundant contents. It expounds that nourishing morality and nourishing qi is the source of Fu Shou from the aspects of diet, spirit, qigong and taking food.The book's diet and health ideas are comprehensive and detailed, including the intake time of food, cooking methods, food cold and hot, type of food appropriate and taboo, food should be meditation, cold and hot hunger and satiety, after eating gargle abdomen,At the same time, the emphasis on the diet of the elderly should be avoided, which has important theoretical significance for future generations.Therefore, from the food-appropriate, food-taboo, food-ban and dietary hygiene and other aspects of the selection and elaborated as follows.
