【摘要】：總結(jié)李士懋"溯本求源、平脈辨證"學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)為6個(gè)方面。1)論診斷重脈診:創(chuàng)立了脈診辨證大綱說、虛實(shí)脈診大綱說、氣血脈理大綱說,提出了脈診新說;2)論三法重汗法:將辛溫發(fā)汗法既用于治療實(shí)寒證,也用于治療虛寒證;3)論傷寒重陽(yáng)虛:認(rèn)為內(nèi)傷陽(yáng)虛證是外感風(fēng)寒侵襲的重要原因;4)論溫病重火郁:首次明確指出溫病的本質(zhì)為郁熱,善用以透為核心的清、透、滋三法治療溫病,創(chuàng)制新加升降散治療郁熱;5)論疑難重痰瘀:認(rèn)為現(xiàn)代臨床疑難雜病的特點(diǎn)與中醫(yī)的痰證和瘀血證有相似性,喜用導(dǎo)痰湯、張仲景和王清任逐瘀諸方、桃紅四物湯化裁治療痰瘀證;6)論搶救重急癥:認(rèn)為中醫(yī)善于治急癥,中醫(yī)急癥學(xué)的研究要善于借助現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)手段。
[Abstract]:Summing up Li Shi-mao 's academic point of view of "looking back to the source and differentiating the symptoms and signs of flat veins" is 6 aspects. 1) on the diagnosis of heavy pulse: the theory of outline of syndrome differentiation of pulse diagnosis, the outline of diagnosis of deficiency and reality, the outline of Qi and blood veins, the theory of outline of qi and blood veins,This paper puts forward a new theory of pulse diagnosis and discusses the three methods of heavy sweating: the method of Xinwen sweating is used to treat the cold syndrome,It is also used to treat deficiency of cold syndrome 3) on typhoid fever and heavy yang deficiency: it is believed that internal injury of yang deficiency syndrome is an important reason for the invasion of exogenous wind and cold. (4) on febrile disease with heavy fire depression: it is the first time that the essence of febrile disease is stagnation and heat, and that the essence of febrile disease is stagnation and heat.Three methods of Zizi treatment of febrile diseases, the creation of new plus Shengshang powder for the treatment of stagnation heat 5) on difficult and heavy phlegm stasis: think that the characteristics of complex diseases in modern clinical and TCM phlegm syndrome and blood stasis similar, prefer to use the decoction, Zhang Zhongjing and Wang Qingrenzhuyu Zhufang,Taohong Siwu decoction for treating phlegm and Blood stasis Syndrome No. 6) the author thinks that TCM is good at treating acute disease, and the research of TCM emergency should be good at using modern scientific and technological means.
