【摘要】：目的:探討消糜膏對宮頸炎患者的臨床療效及對宮頸局部人表皮生長因子(EGF)、白細(xì)胞介素1β(IL-1β)及腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)表達(dá)的影響。方法:選取2015年6月至2016年3月我院婦科收治的宮頸炎患者64例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組,各32例。對照組接受微波治療,觀察組采用消糜膏治療。統(tǒng)計(jì)2組臨床有效率;檢測并比較治療前后2組患者宮頸局部IL-1β,TNF-α及EGF等的水平變化;統(tǒng)計(jì)2組患者治療后陰道排液時間、結(jié)痂出血時間、愈合時間及排血量和排液量。結(jié)果:2組臨床有效率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);與治療前比較,2組患者宮頸局部IL-1β,TNF-α水平顯著降低,EGF水平顯著升高(P0.05)。觀察組宮頸局部IL-1β,TNF-α水平顯著低于對照組(P0.01);而EGF水平顯著高于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:消糜膏可通過升高EGF水平,降低IL-1β、TNF-α水平達(dá)到消除宮頸炎的目的,與微波治療宮頸炎的臨床療效相當(dāng),但其可有效縮短宮頸愈合時間,減少治療中出血量和排液量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Xiaomi ointment on cervicitis and its effect on the expression of human epidermal growth factor (EGFN), interleukin-1 尾 (IL-1 尾) and tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) in cervicitis.Methods: from June 2015 to March 2016, 64 patients with cervicitis were randomly divided into observation group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32).The control group was treated with microwave, while the observation group was treated with Xiaomi ointment.The clinical effective rate of the two groups was counted, the changes of IL-1 尾 -TNF- 偽 and EGF in the cervix of the two groups were detected and compared before and after the treatment, and the time of vaginal effusion, the time of scab bleeding, the time of healing, the amount of blood excreted and the amount of efflux were counted.Results there was no significant difference in the clinical effective rate between the two groups (P 0.05), and the level of IL-1 尾 -TNF- 偽 in the cervix of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the level of TNF- 偽 in the cervix of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05).The level of IL-1 尾 -TNF- 偽 in the cervical region of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01), and the level of EGF was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.01).Conclusion: Xiaomi ointment can eliminate cervicitis by increasing the level of EGF and decreasing the level of IL-1 尾 -TNF- 偽, which is comparable to the clinical effect of microwave treatment of cervicitis, but it can effectively shorten the time of cervicitis healing and reduce the amount of bleeding and effusion in the treatment.
