【摘要】：目的：根據(jù)Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)提供的方法,全面檢索相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫中小兒推拿治療小兒厭食癥的臨床隨機對照試驗。對納入文獻進行信息提取,評價文獻質(zhì)量,完成系統(tǒng)評價。明確小兒推拿治療小兒厭食癥的臨床療效及安全性。方法：參照Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)工作手冊標準,全面檢索相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、維普期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、萬方學術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(WF)、中國生物醫(yī)學文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM)、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Ovid Medline、EMbase、EBM。利用百度、搜狗等搜索引擎以及納入文獻的參考文獻進行補充檢索。檢索時間限定為各數(shù)據(jù)庫建庫之日起至2016年1月31日止。2名評價員根據(jù)預先制定的納入標準與排除標準對檢索出的文獻獨立進行篩選。對最終納入的文獻提取相關(guān)信息并填入資料提取表中。本研究采用Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)提供的Review Manager 5.3軟件來完成統(tǒng)計分析,對小兒推拿治療小兒厭食癥的總有效率、痊愈率進行定量分析。采用GradeP rofiler3.6軟件對證據(jù)質(zhì)量進行分級。結(jié)果：完成篩選后共25篇文獻被納入,共納入病例1954例,治療組1011例,對照組943例�；純耗挲g6個月至13歲,病程10天至8年。定量分析：臨床有效率：小兒推拿vs補鋅劑(RR=1.32,95%CI[1.19,1.48]);小兒推拿vs中成藥(RR=1.18,95%CI[1.13,1.23])；小兒推拿vs新制藿香正氣散(RR=0.97,95%CI[0.89,1.05]);痊愈率：小兒推拿vs補鋅劑(RR=2.26,95%CI[1.48,3.45])；小兒推拿vs中成藥(RR=I.50,95%CI[1.19,1.90])；小兒推拿vs新制藿香正氣散(RR=1.20,95%CI[0.56,2.56]。定性分析：完成4項研究的臨床有效率及痊愈率、8項研究的食量積分、3項研究的不良反應的定性分析。結(jié)論：小兒推拿與補鋅劑對比,其臨床有效率優(yōu)于補鋅劑,證據(jù)質(zhì)量中級,具有一定的可靠性；小兒推拿治療小兒厭食癥痊愈率優(yōu)于補鋅劑,證據(jù)質(zhì)量低級,結(jié)果應慎重對待。小兒推拿對照中成藥,在臨床有效率方面具有一定優(yōu)勢,證據(jù)質(zhì)量為低級,結(jié)果應慎重對待；小兒推拿在痊愈率方面優(yōu)于中成藥,證據(jù)質(zhì)量極低,結(jié)果可信性低。小兒推拿對照新制藿香正氣散,在臨床有效率與痊愈率方面均不具有優(yōu)勢,證據(jù)質(zhì)量均為極低級,結(jié)果可靠性差。3項涉及安全性評價的試驗均未有不良反應報道,提示小兒推拿療法安全性較好,但納入樣本量較小,對臨床參考性差。
[Abstract]:Objective: to search the clinical randomized controlled trial of infantile anorexia treated with massage in related database according to the method provided by Cochrane Cooperative Network.Carry on the information extraction, evaluate the quality of the literature and complete the systematic evaluation.To determine the clinical efficacy and safety of pediatric massage in the treatment of infantile anorexia.Methods: according to the standard of working manual of Cochrane collaboration Network, we searched the full text database of Chinese periodical (CNKI), WIP (WIP), WFN (full text database) of academic journals of Wanfang, and the database of Chinese biomedical literature (CBM): Cochrane Cochrane Library Ovid Medline and EMbase EBM.Methods: according to the standard of working manual of Cochrane cooperation network, we searched the full text database of Chinese periodical, Weip, WFX, and Chinese biomedical literature database.Baidu, Sogou and other search engines and into the literature into the reference for supplementary retrieval.The retrieval time was limited from the date of the establishment of each database to the end of January 31, 2016. 2 evaluators independently screened the retrieved documents according to the pre-established inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Extract the relevant information from the final documents and fill in the data extraction table.In this study, the total effective rate and cure rate of infantile anorexia were quantitatively analyzed by using Review Manager 5.3 software provided by Cochrane Cooperative Network.The quality of evidence was classified by GradeP rofiler3.6 software.Results: a total of 25 articles were included, including 1954 cases, 1011 cases in the treatment group and 943 cases in the control group.The children were aged from 6 months to 13 years and the course of disease ranged from 10 days to 8 years.瀹氶噺鍒嗘瀽:涓村簥鏈夋晥鐜，
