【摘要】：目的:通過觀察調(diào)經(jīng)止崩湯治療腎陰虛型青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血的臨床療效觀察,探討其作用機(jī)理,為治療本病提供一種安全有效的止血調(diào)經(jīng)之方劑。方法:選擇符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的腎陰虛型青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血病例60例,治療組和對(duì)照組各30例,治療組口服調(diào)經(jīng)止崩湯,對(duì)照組口服婦科養(yǎng)血顆粒,治療三個(gè)月后,觀察治療前后中醫(yī)證候的改善、調(diào)整月經(jīng)的療效及陰道止血時(shí)間和血紅蛋白的變化,并隨訪一年內(nèi)功血復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果:調(diào)經(jīng)止崩湯對(duì)腎陰虛型青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者療效顯著,總有效率為96.7%,對(duì)照組總有效率為76.7%。兩組治療前后的中醫(yī)證候改善情況、調(diào)經(jīng)效果、近期止血效果及血紅蛋白改善情況,治療組皆優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,二者相比較均具有顯著差異(P＜0.05);患者一年內(nèi)功血的復(fù)發(fā)方面,治療組好于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:調(diào)經(jīng)止崩湯對(duì)腎陰虛型青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者有良好的臨床療效,有顯著的止血調(diào)經(jīng)效果,同時(shí)能夠明顯改善腎陰虛型青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者的中醫(yī)證候及貧血狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of Tiaojing Zhibong decoction (TJZD) in treating pubertal dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage of kidney-yin deficiency type, and to explore its mechanism, and to provide a safe and effective prescription for hemostasis and menstruation.Methods: sixty cases of pubertal dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage of kidney yin deficiency type, 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group, were selected. The treatment group was treated with Tiaojing Zhibong decoction and the control group was treated with gynecological nourishing blood granule for three months.To observe the improvement of TCM syndromes before and after treatment, to adjust the curative effect of menstruation, to change the time of vaginal hemostasis and hemoglobin, and to follow up for one year.Results: the total effective rate of Tiaojing Zhibong decoction was 96.70.The total effective rate was 76.775 in the control group.The improvement of TCM syndromes, the effect of regulating menstruation, the recent hemostatic effect and the improvement of hemoglobin in the two groups were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Tiaojing Zhibong decoction has a good clinical effect on the pubertal dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage of kidney yin deficiency type, and has a remarkable effect on hemostasis and menstrual regulation.At the same time, it can obviously improve the syndrome of TCM and anemia in pubertal dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage of kidney yin deficiency type.
