【摘要】：《孫子兵法》云:"善戰(zhàn)者,求之于勢(shì)"。用藥如用兵,故辨證論治施以方藥亦當(dāng)明辨病勢(shì)。明勢(shì)大致分為取勢(shì)、候勢(shì)、預(yù)勢(shì)三者。取勢(shì)者,探明病情而分治也;候勢(shì)者,候時(shí)機(jī)之成熟而克邪也;預(yù)勢(shì)者,未病先防、先證而治之法也。此三者為辨證施治應(yīng)當(dāng)重視之法,臨床當(dāng)分論亦當(dāng)合參。一勢(shì)之中,三勢(shì)兼?zhèn)?三勢(shì)之中,各勢(shì)俱焉。握此要者,是為明勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:"Sun Tzu's Art of War" Clouds: "those who are good at war seek power."Drugs such as the use of military, so dialectical treatment of prescriptions also when the disease.The bright potential can be roughly divided into three parts: taking potential, waiting potential and prepotential.Those who take advantage of the disease will find out the condition and divide it up; those who wait for the situation will be ripe and the evil will be overcome; the pre-potential will be prevented before the disease, and the method of treating the disease will be the first.These three are the methods that should be paid attention to in syndrome differentiation and treatment.In one, the three have both; in the three, all the potentials are absent.Grasp this important person, is for bright power.
