【摘要】：目的：觀察益氣降濁湯治療冠心病不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛痰阻心脈證的臨床應(yīng)用效果以及對基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶的影響。方法：本試驗嚴(yán)格遵循納入及排除準(zhǔn)則,共入組西醫(yī)診斷為UA,中醫(yī)辨證分型為痰阻心脈的患者60位,而后隨機(jī)抽取,將60例患者分為對照組30例和治療組30例,對照組給予常規(guī)治療4周,治療組在上述基礎(chǔ)上加用益氣降濁湯,將結(jié)果記錄并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：對胸痹癥狀的療效進(jìn)行觀察,治療組與對照組的胸痹癥狀療效、心絞痛療效、心電圖療效無顯著差異(P0.05)；兩組療前中醫(yī)證候積分分別為16.97±4.53、16.52±4.12,治療后分別為9.13±2.47、10.93±2.85,差異顯著(P0.05)；對治療前后主癥(胸痛、胸悶)、次癥(心悸、氣短、脅痛、唇紫)的變化比較分析,兩組胸痛、胸悶等主癥差異不明顯(P0.05),心悸、氣短、脅痛等癥差異明顯(P0.05),唇紫差異不明顯(P0.05);對MMP s進(jìn)行比較,MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-3組間進(jìn)行比對,對照組與治療組差異十分顯著(P0.05)。療程結(jié)束后4周隨訪復(fù)發(fā)率,治療組復(fù)發(fā)率低于對照組,兩組差異不顯著。結(jié)論：1益氣降濁湯能夠顯著改善UA患者中醫(yī)證候2益氣降濁湯可以顯著降低血清中的MMP-1,MMP-2、 MMP-3,MMPs參與UA的病理進(jìn)程,益氣降濁湯可能通過調(diào)節(jié)MMPs發(fā)揮其穩(wěn)定斑塊的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Jiangzhuo decoction (YQJD) in treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome and its effect on matrix metalloproteinases.Methods: in this study, the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were strictly followed, 60 patients were diagnosed as UAA by western medicine, and 60 patients were divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30).The control group was treated with routine therapy for 4 weeks, the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Jiangzhuo decoction on the above basis, the results were recorded and analyzed.Results: the curative effect of chest arthralgia and angina pectoris were observed in the treatment group and the control group.蹇冪數(shù)鍥劇枟鏁堟棤鏄捐憲宸紓(P0.05);涓ょ粍鐤楀墠涓尰璇佸，
