【摘要】：目的:本研究在前期預試驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)神闕灸對于腦卒中后疲勞患者具有改善作用,進一步對神闕灸治療PSF的影響進行探索;通過對神闕灸與普通針刺治療腦卒中后疲勞不同維度(心理、生理、社會)之間對比研究,明確"神闕灸"治療對腦卒中后疲勞具有顯著效果,并嘗試闡述其可能機制。方法:本課題對符合納入標準的60例腦卒中后疲勞患者進行觀察研究,采用簡單化隨機分組,分為2組,分別予神闕灸和普通針刺治療,治療過程中無患者脫落;治療前、治療后予疲勞嚴重度量表(FSS)、疲勞評定量表(FAI)、日常生活評定量表(ADL)進行評分,并采用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS20.0進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結果:1、神闕組和針刺組患者的疲勞嚴重度量表(FSS)、疲勞評定量表(FAI)評分較治療前均有所下降,與治療前相比(P0.01),具有統(tǒng)計學意義;日常生活評定量表評分(ADL)總體分數(shù)較治療前均明顯上升,與治療前相比(P0.01),具有統(tǒng)計學意義,說明兩種治療方式均能改善PSF患者的疲勞程度。2、神闕組和針刺組在治療前疲勞嚴重度量表(FSS)、疲勞評定量表(FAI)、日常生活評定量表(ADL)相比較(P0.05)兩組之間沒有差異;治療后兩組瘀勞嚴重度量表(FSS)、疲勞評定量表(FAI)、日常生活評定量表(ADL)對比(P0.01),差異有意義,說明神闕灸組較針刺組能更好的改善PSF疲勞程度。結論:1、本文通過對治療前后疲勞嚴重度量表(FSS)、疲勞評定量表(FAI)、日常生活評定量表(ADL)進行統(tǒng)計學比較,認為神闕灸對于PSF患者疲勞程度確實有改善。2、同時本課題所得出的疲勞嚴重度量表(FSS)、疲勞評定量表(FAI)各項數(shù)據(jù)為評價腦卒中后疲勞的疲勞程度提供了定量評價的參考方法。3、神闕灸是治療腦卒中后疲勞的有效方法,是PSF患者一種簡單、有效、經(jīng)濟低廉的治療方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: this study found that Shenque moxibustion can improve the patients with post-stroke fatigue and further explore the effect of Shenque moxibustion on the treatment of PSF.By comparing the different dimensions (psychological, physiological and social) between Shenque moxibustion and common acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke fatigue, it is clear that "Shenque moxibustion" has a significant effect on post-stroke fatigue, and the possible mechanism is discussed.Methods: 60 patients with post-stroke fatigue were observed and studied. They were randomly divided into two groups: Shenque moxibustion and common acupuncture.After treatment, fatigue severity scale (FSS), fatigue assessment scale (FAI) and daily life assessment scale (ADL) were used to score the data. The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0.Results the scores of FSSI, FAI and FSSI of the patients in the Shenque group and acupuncture group were lower than those before treatment, and had statistical significance compared with those before treatment.The total scores of ADL were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores of ADL were significantly higher than those before treatment (P 0.01).The results showed that the two treatment methods could improve the fatigue degree of PSF patients. There was no difference between Shenque group and acupuncture group in fatigue severity measure scale (FSS), fatigue rating scale (FAI) and daily life rating scale (ADL) in two groups (P 0.05).After treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of severity measure of stasis and strain, fatigue rating scale and daily life rating scale. The difference was significant, which indicated that Shenque moxibustion group could improve the fatigue degree of PSF better than that of acupuncture group.Conclusion: 1. By comparing FSS, FAI, ADL before and after treatment, we compared the scores of FSS, FAI and ADL before and after treatment.It is believed that Shenque moxibustion can improve fatigue degree of PSF patients by 0.2. Meanwhile, the data of fatigue severity measure scale (FSS) and fatigue rating scale (Faii) obtained in this paper provide a quantitative evaluation of fatigue degree after stroke.Reference method. 3. Shenque moxibustion is an effective method for the treatment of post-stroke fatigue.It is a simple, effective and economical treatment for PSF patients.
