【摘要】：文章分析了近30年來艾滋病中醫(yī)藥治療文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)分析了艾滋病中醫(yī)藥治療的主要療效評價指標(biāo)并分析其不足之處,并詳細(xì)介紹了患者報告的臨床結(jié)局(PRO)量表的概念及其重要性、國內(nèi)PRO量表研究現(xiàn)狀及艾滋病相關(guān)PRO量表研制情況,指出PRO量表是任何關(guān)于健康狀況和治療結(jié)果直接來源于患者的報告,是比較直接的從患者角度提供有關(guān)治療效果的證據(jù),是療效評價體系中的重要組成部分,進而推斷出PRO量表引入艾滋病中醫(yī)藥治療評價及研究中醫(yī)特色艾滋病相關(guān)病癥PRO量表是當(dāng)前艾滋病評價的關(guān)鍵。
