【摘要】：目的:觀察于氏頭穴叢刺結(jié)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療腦卒中后平衡功能障礙的臨床療效。方法:根據(jù)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇腦卒中后平衡功能障礙患者60例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法,隨機(jī)分為治療組、對(duì)照組,各30例。治療組患者采用于氏頭穴叢刺結(jié)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療;對(duì)照組患者采用單純康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療。治療組頭穴選取頂前區(qū)、頂區(qū)、枕下區(qū)、顳區(qū),其中枕下區(qū)針刺后行電針2Hz連續(xù)波刺激,頭穴留針8小時(shí),同時(shí)給予兩組相同的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練。兩組均以4周為一療程,治療1個(gè)療程后觀察患者平衡功能、日常生活活動(dòng)能力的改善情況及療效。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過治療后,兩組患者BBS、FM-B評(píng)分、MBI指數(shù)均明顯提高,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),且治療組患者BBS、FM-B評(píng)分、MBI指數(shù)提高程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組日常生活活動(dòng)能力的臨床療效為93.33%明顯高于對(duì)照組的70.00%,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:于氏頭穴叢刺結(jié)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練是腦卒中后平衡功能障礙有效的治療方法,其臨床療效顯著,能夠有效提高患者BBS、FM-B評(píng)分、MBI指數(shù),降低患者平衡功能障礙程度,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of treatment of balance dysfunction after stroke with cluster acupuncture of Yu's scalp combined with rehabilitation training. Methods: sixty patients with poststroke balance dysfunction were selected according to the inclusive criteria and were randomly assigned to the digital table method. The patients in the treatment group were treated with tufted points of Yu's head combined with rehabilitation training, while the patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation training alone. The head points of the treatment group were selected preparietal, parietal, suboccipital and temporal areas. The suboccipital area was treated with 2Hz continuous wave stimulation, the scalp point was kept for 8 hours, and the two groups were given the same rehabilitation training. Both groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment, and the balance function of the patients was observed after one course of treatment. Results: after treatment, the BBS FM-B score and MBI index of the two groups were significantly increased, with statistical significance (P 0.01), and the improvement of the BBS FM-B score and MBI index in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. The clinical effect of ADL in the treatment group was 93.33% higher than that in the control group (70.005%). Conclusion: the treatment group with scalp cluster acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is an effective treatment method for balance dysfunction after stroke. Its clinical effect is remarkable. It can effectively improve the BBS FM-B score and MBI index, reduce the degree of balance dysfunction and improve the quality of life of the patients.
