【摘要】：目的:研究加味當歸四逆湯治療膝骨關節(jié)炎(寒濕痹阻證)的臨床療效,探討其安全性與實用性,為中西醫(yī)臨床運用提供一定的參考依據(jù)。方法:將60例膝骨關節(jié)炎(寒濕痹阻證)患者隨機分成兩組,治療組和對照組各30例。治療組予口服中藥湯劑加味當歸四逆湯,對照組予口服中成藥關通舒膠囊,兩組的觀察期限均為4周。對治療前后兩組患者的主癥、次癥、體征積分及總積分進行統(tǒng)計學比較分析,明確其臨床療效。結果:本課題共治療膝骨關節(jié)炎(寒濕痹阻證)患者60例,治療組予口服中藥湯劑加味當歸四逆湯,經(jīng)觀察,治療組治愈6例,顯效14例,有效8例,無效2例,總有效率93.33%。對照組予口服中成藥關通舒膠囊,經(jīng)觀察,對照組治愈2例,顯效9例,有效14例,無效5例,總有效率83.33%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學處理,兩組療效差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),治療組在緩解疼痛、減輕腫脹、改善膝關節(jié)功能等方面優(yōu)于對照組。結論:加味當歸四逆湯治療膝骨關節(jié)炎(寒濕痹阻證)具有明顯療效,其能緩解膝關節(jié)疼痛,改善關節(jié)功能,且無明顯毒副作用,是治療膝骨關節(jié)炎(寒濕痹阻證)的有效良方,適合臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of modified Danggui Sini decoction (Danggui Sini decoction) in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (cold and dampness obstruction syndrome), to explore its safety and practicability, and to provide a certain reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: 60 patients with osteoarthritis of knee were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30).The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction plus Sini decoction and the control group with Guantong Shu capsule. The observation period of both groups was 4 weeks.The main symptom, secondary symptom, physical sign integral and total integral of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed statistically, and the clinical curative effect was determined.Results: 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis (cold and dampness obstruction syndrome) were treated in this paper. The treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction plus Danggui Sini decoction. The treatment group was cured in 6 cases, marked effect in 14 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The control group was treated by oral administration of Guantong Shu capsule, the control group was cured in 2 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 14 cases, ineffective in 5 cases, and the total effective rate was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving pain, alleviating swelling and improving knee joint function.Conclusion: modified Danggui Sini decoction has obvious curative effect on knee osteoarthritis (cold and dampness obstruction syndrome). It can relieve the pain of knee joint, improve the function of joint, and have no obvious toxic and side effects.It is an effective prescription for treating knee osteoarthritis (cold and dampness arthralgia syndrome), suitable for clinical popularization.
