【摘要】：變應(yīng)性咳嗽總的病因?yàn)榱胺阜螢檎T因,臟腑失和為內(nèi)因,虛實(shí)夾雜為一般規(guī)律,基本病機(jī)特點(diǎn)為肺失宣降,因此固本補(bǔ)虛,調(diào)暢氣血,兼宣肺散邪,調(diào)暢肺氣,恢復(fù)肺氣的正常宣降,標(biāo)本兼顧方能取得良好的療效。晏師論治變應(yīng)性咳嗽,關(guān)注患者的先天稟賦及情志變化,注重中西醫(yī)治療,以西藥快速緩解癥狀,中藥治療則強(qiáng)調(diào)固本為要,預(yù)防復(fù)發(fā),中醫(yī)治療以扶脾助運(yùn)使脾土得旺,氣血旺盛,五臟和調(diào),肺金亦生,佐金平木,兼補(bǔ)益肺氣以固表,同時(shí)重視宣解,兼降氣化痰,注重順應(yīng)功能,調(diào)暢肺氣,通利樞機(jī),久病補(bǔ)虛,適當(dāng)養(yǎng)陰,使肺得清潤(rùn),兼顧養(yǎng)血活血,行氣化瘀,使肝體得養(yǎng),血脈通暢。

Pay attention to the function of compliance, unobstructed lung qi, Tongli Cardinal, chronic illness deficiency, proper nourishing Yin, so that the lung get clear, both nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation, Qi Huayu, so that the liver body nourishing, blood vessels unobstructed.
