【摘要】：惡性胸腔積液(MPE)是惡性腫瘤常見的并發(fā)癥,其形成機(jī)制復(fù)雜,治療以多學(xué)科綜合治療為主。中醫(yī)藥治療MPE具有鮮明的特色,理論基礎(chǔ)深厚,手段多元,在臨床與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究以及中西醫(yī)結(jié)合方面均顯示出獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。文章進(jìn)一步提出通過(guò)開展科學(xué)化的臨床研究,結(jié)合中醫(yī)特色的基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn),深入化的證候本質(zhì)研究以及中醫(yī)治療方案規(guī)范化的探索,來(lái)推動(dòng)中醫(yī)藥治療MPE的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Malign pleural effusion is a common complication of malignant tumor, its formation mechanism is complex, the treatment is mainly by multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of MPE has distinct characteristics, deep theoretical foundation, multiple means. In clinical and experimental research, as well as in the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has shown unique advantages. The article further proposed to carry out scientific clinical research, combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine basic experiments, Further study on the essence of syndromes and the standardization of TCM treatment plan will promote the modernization of TCM treatment of MPE.
