經(jīng)皮穴位電刺激對高胰島素抵抗2型糖尿病神經(jīng)病變患者氧化應(yīng)激及炎性水平的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討經(jīng)皮穴位電刺激(TEAS)對高胰島素抵抗2型糖尿病(T2DM)神經(jīng)病變患者氧化應(yīng)激及炎性水平的影響。方法:收集2015年1月至2017年1月來我院內(nèi)分泌科就診的高胰島素抵抗T2DM神經(jīng)病變患者300例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)信封抽簽原則將其分為試驗組與對照組,每組150例。兩組均給予降糖基礎(chǔ)治療,同時對照組給予甲鈷胺治療,試驗組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予TEAS,兩組均治療8周。結(jié)果:治療后試驗組與對照組的總有效率分別為97.3%和87.3%,試驗組明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。治療后兩組的空腹血糖與餐后2h血糖均明顯低于治療前(P0.05),兩組間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。治療后兩組血清丙二醛(MDA)與治療前相比較均明顯降低,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)均明顯升高(P0.05),同時治療后與對照組比較,試驗組血清MDA降低,SOD升高(P0.05)。治療后兩組的血清IL-6值均明顯低于治療前(P0.05),治療后試驗組的血清IL-6值明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:TEAS輔助治療高胰島素抵抗2型DM神經(jīng)病變能在有效降糖的基礎(chǔ)上,提高治療療效,其作用機(jī)制可能與降低炎性水平表達(dá)與調(diào)節(jié)氧化應(yīng)激水平有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) effect of nerve lesions in patients with oxidative stress and inflammatory level. Methods: from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital department of endocrinology in our hospital 300 cases of patients with high insulin resistance T2DM neuropathy, according to the principle of random lottery envelopes will be divided into the test group and control group, 150 cases in each group. The two groups were given hypoglycemic therapy, while the control group was given Mecobalamin treatment, the experimental group was given TEAS on the basis of the control group, two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results: after the treatment, the experimental group and the control group the total effective rate was 97.3% and 87.3%, the test group significantly higher than the control group (P0.05). After treatment, fasting blood glucose and blood glucose after meal two 2H group were significantly lower than before treatment (P0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, two groups of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) compared with before the treatment Significantly decreased, and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) were significantly increased (P0.05), and compared with the control group after treatment, the serum MDA decreased, SOD increased (P0.05). The serum IL-6 value of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P0.05), experimental group after treatment, serum IL-6 the value was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: TEAS adjuvant therapy can based on effective hypoglycemic on type 2 DM neuropathy high insulin resistance, enhance the curative effect, its mechanism may be related to the decrease of inflammatory expression and regulation of oxidative stress.
