【摘要】：元·朱丹溪的"六郁學(xué)說"是中醫(yī)診療郁病的重要理論內(nèi)容,越鞠丸、六郁湯為其代表方劑,臨床中多以之指導(dǎo)方藥治療。筆者認(rèn)為"六郁學(xué)說"亦可指導(dǎo)針灸治療郁病,故旨在探討以"六郁學(xué)說"指導(dǎo)針灸治療郁病的理論基礎(chǔ),提出具體的取穴施治方法并附以病案加以說明,以期豐富郁病治療的臨床手段,為針灸治療郁病提供參考方向。
[Abstract]:Yuan Zhu Danxi's "six Depression Theory" is an important theoretical content of TCM diagnosis and treatment of depression. Yueju Pill, Liuyu decoction is its representative prescription, and it is widely used in clinical practice to guide the treatment of depression. The author thinks that "six Depression Theory" can also guide acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of depression. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the theoretical basis of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating depression with the theory of "six depression", and to put forward the specific treatment method of acupoints and explain it with medical records, so as to enrich the clinical means of treating depression and provide reference direction for acupuncture treatment of depression.
