【摘要】：目的:本課題研究膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎并滑膜炎(氣滯血瘀)的發(fā)病機(jī)制,觀(guān)察七珠展筋散配合海桐皮湯中藥薰洗治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎并滑膜炎的臨床療效,為本病的治療提供有效、簡(jiǎn)便的方法。方法:本研究觀(guān)察病例60例,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組兩組,每組病人30例。治療療程為2周。試驗(yàn)組方法為七珠展筋散結(jié)合海桐皮湯的薰洗治療,七珠展筋散的使用方法為外用局部揉藥;對(duì)照組以云南白藥氣霧劑外用配合海桐皮湯薰洗治療。治療前后分別記錄患者本臨床研究的觀(guān)察指標(biāo)。對(duì)本臨床的觀(guān)察指標(biāo)進(jìn)行治療前后的對(duì)比。并且詳細(xì)比較試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組治療效果。結(jié)果:兩組治療后在休息痛、活動(dòng)痛、壓痛、腫脹、活動(dòng)度及總分方面較治療前都有顯著差異(P0.05),兩組治療手段均可有效治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎并滑膜炎。試驗(yàn)組在疼痛緩解的療效上優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組臨床療效量化評(píng)定中試驗(yàn)組總有效率為93.33%,對(duì)照組的總有效率為86.67%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析比較兩組無(wú)顯著性差異,兩組療效相當(dāng)。結(jié)論:兩種方法在治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎并滑膜炎方面均有著可觀(guān)的療效,副作用較低,安全性高,使用方便,能有效緩解膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎并滑膜炎的癥狀。七珠展筋散結(jié)合海桐皮湯薰洗治療膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎并骨關(guān)節(jié)炎療效顯著,這種傳統(tǒng)的治療方法,患者容易操作,花費(fèi)較低,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis associated with synovitis (Qi stagnation and blood stasis), and to observe the clinical effect of Qizhu Zhan Jinjin Powder (QZZJS) combined with Haitongpi decoction (HST) in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with synovitis, so as to provide effective treatment for this disease. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients in each group. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The experimental group was treated with Qizhu Zhanjin Powder combined with Haitongpi decoction. The usage method of Qizhu Zhanjin Powder is local kneading medicine for external use; The control group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol combined with Haitongpi decoction fumigation before and after treatment. The observation indexes of this clinical study were recorded before and after treatment. The clinical observation indexes before and after treatment were compared in detail. Results: after treatment, the two groups were in pain of rest, Movement pain, tenderness, swelling, There were significant differences in activity and total score between the two groups in terms of activity and total score. Both groups were effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and synovitis. The effect of pain relief in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). The total effective rate of the test group was 93.33 and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67. There was no significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis. Conclusion: the two methods are effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and synovitis, with low side effects, high safety and convenient use. It can effectively relieve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis and synovitis. Qizhu Zhan Jin San combined with Haitongpi decoction fumigation has remarkable curative effect on synovitis and osteoarthritis of knee joint. This traditional treatment method is easy for patients to operate and low in cost, so it is worth popularizing.
