【摘要】：目的:本研究通過臨床觀察消渴痹通膠囊聯(lián)合針刺治療糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變(DPN)患者的血糖、血脂、血液流變學(xué)、糖化血紅蛋白及神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度的變化,研究本中醫(yī)綜合療法對糖脂代謝的影響,驗證消渴痹通膠囊聯(lián)合針刺治療DPN的療效。方法:將90例DPN(氣虛血瘀、脈絡(luò)瘀阻證)患者隨機分為硫辛酸膠囊組(對照組)、消渴痹通膠囊組(中藥組)、消渴痹通膠囊聯(lián)合針刺組(針?biāo)幗M)三組,各30例,均在生活方式干預(yù)、西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療方案的基礎(chǔ)上,分別采取不同治療,療程均為12周。治療前后分別觀察患者的中醫(yī)臨床癥狀、神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度、血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、血脂及血液流變學(xué)等指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果:總有效率消渴痹通膠囊聯(lián)合針刺組為83.33%,消渴痹通膠囊組為70%,硫辛酸膠囊組為60%。三組治療后的中醫(yī)證候積分均比治療前的有明顯降低,且消渴痹通膠囊聯(lián)合針刺組療效明顯優(yōu)于另兩組,消渴痹通膠囊組優(yōu)于硫辛酸膠囊組。治療前后在改善血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、血脂、血液流變學(xué)及神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度上,消渴痹通膠囊聯(lián)合針刺組的改善優(yōu)于消渴痹通膠囊組及硫辛酸膠囊組(P0.01或P0.05)。結(jié)論:消渴痹通膠囊聯(lián)合針刺治療能夠調(diào)節(jié)DPN糖脂代謝,改善DPN的血液流變性,促進微循環(huán),抑制血液粘度,具有促進神經(jīng)細(xì)胞修復(fù)、保護神經(jīng)纖維的作用,從而提高患者的神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度,改善DPN的癥狀體征。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the clinical observation of Xiao Ke Bi Tong Capsule Combined with acupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) patients with blood glucose, blood lipid, blood rheology, hemoglobin change and nerve conduction velocity of the saccharification, effects of TCM Comprehensive Therapy on glucose and lipid metabolism, efficacy verification of Xiao Ke Bi Tong Capsule combined with acupuncture in the treatment of DPN.: 90 cases of DPN (Qi deficiency and blood stasis, blood stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into Thioctic Acid Capsules group (control group), Xiao Ke Bi Tong Capsule group (Chinese medicine group), acupuncture group Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule (acupuncture group) three groups, each of 30 cases, both in the lifestyle intervention, routine therapy take different treatment schemes, respectively, for 12 weeks. Clinical symptoms of the patients were observed before and after treatment, nerve conduction velocity, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, changes of blood lipid and blood rheology indexes. Results: the total effective The rate of Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule Combined with acupuncture group was 83.33%, Xiao Ke Bi Tong Capsule group was 70%, Thioctic Acid Capsules group is the TCM Syndromes of 60%. after treatment in the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the curative effect of Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule Combined with acupuncture group was significantly better than the other two groups, Xiao Ke Bi Tong Capsule group was better than that of Thioctic Acid Capsules group. Before and after treatment in improving blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, hemorheology and nerve conduction velocity, Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule Combined with acupuncture group was better than that of Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule group and Thioctic Acid Capsules group (P0.01 or P0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule Combined with acupuncture can regulate DPN lipid metabolism, improve blood rheology DPN, promote microcirculation, inhibit blood viscosity, can promote nerve cell repair, the protective effect of nerve fibers, thereby improving the nerve conduction velocity in patients with DPN, improve the symptoms and signs.
