【摘要】：目的觀察六仁湯對慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)穩(wěn)定期氣虛型的臨床療效。方法 100例COPD穩(wěn)定期患者,隨機分為治療組及對照組,每組各50例,對照組采用西藥常規(guī)治療,治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用自擬方六仁湯口服,治療14 d后評估兩組療效、便秘改善情況;治療7、14 d后進行中醫(yī)癥候積分評分。結(jié)果治療組總療效及便秘改善情況明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);治療7 d后治療組喘息、咳痰、腹脹癥狀的緩解明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);治療14 d后治療組咳嗽、喘息、咳痰、腹脹癥狀緩解明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論六仁湯治療COPD穩(wěn)定期療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Liuren decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) stable qi deficiency. Methods 100 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group, and the control group was treated with routine western medicine. Treatment group on the basis of the control group plus oral use of self-made Fangliuren decoction, 14 days after treatment to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups, constipation improvement; Results the total curative effect and constipation improvement in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05), and after 7 days treatment, the patients in the treatment group were wheezing, expectorating and expectorating. The relief of abdominal distension symptom was obviously better than that of control group (P 0.05), and after 14 days treatment, the relief of cough, wheezing, expectoration and abdominal distension in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Liuren decoction is effective in the stable period of COPD.
