【摘要】：從辨治原則、臨證模式、處方程式三個方面介紹余瀛鰲臨證思維。強(qiáng)調(diào)臨證遵循一定臨證模式,主張在辨病論治和辨證論治相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,擬定通治方,并根據(jù)患者具體情況,運(yùn)用通治法予以加減化裁。擇要總結(jié)了余瀛鰲常見病治法、通治方、通治法及其用藥經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces Yu Ying'ao 's thinking of clinical syndrome from three aspects: the principle of differentiation and treatment, the mode of clinical treatment and the equation of treatment. He emphasizes that clinical syndrome follows a certain pattern of clinical treatment, and advocates that the prescription of general treatment should be formulated on the basis of the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation and treatment. According to the specific situation of the patients, the author used the general treatment method to add and reduce the rule of medicine, and summarized Yu Ying'ao 's common disease treatment method, Tongzhi prescription, general treatment method and their medication experience.
