【摘要】：目的:探討秦氏"頭八針"對長期口服抗精神病藥物的精神分裂癥患者生存質(zhì)量的影響。方法:將精神分裂癥患者70例,隨機(jī)分為"頭八針"治療組和對照組各35例。"頭八針"治療組在均維持原有抗精神分裂癥藥物品種與劑量不變的情況下去,以"頭八針"治療干預(yù),每周3次,共觀察4周。治療前、后對所有病例分別采用世界衛(wèi)生組織生存質(zhì)量量表(WHOQOL-100)、副反應(yīng)量表(TESS)、漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)、匹茨堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表(PSQI)評定治療前、后患者精神及身體各項(xiàng)癥狀的嚴(yán)重程度。結(jié)果:治療前,兩組患者各量表分的差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,除QOL-100量表中的獨(dú)立性領(lǐng)域、社會關(guān)系領(lǐng)域、環(huán)境領(lǐng)域外,兩組病人的其他各量表得分的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,"頭八針"治療組在WHQOL-100量表中的生理領(lǐng)域、心理領(lǐng)域、精神支柱領(lǐng)域及一般健康狀況和生存質(zhì)量有顯著的變化及改善(P0.05)。在其他量表中,"頭八針"治療組患者得分的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對照組病人各量表分的差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:秦氏"頭八針"可以明顯改善精神分裂癥患者的生活質(zhì)量及健康狀態(tài),并在很大程度上緩解藥物所帶來的不良反應(yīng),重塑患者良好心理上的健康感受,對患者身心康復(fù)起到了非�？隙ǖ膸椭�。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Qin's "first eight Acupuncture" on the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia treated with oral antipsychotics for a long time. They were randomly divided into the "first eight acupuncture" treatment group and the control group (35 cases each). The "first eight acupuncture" treatment group maintained the same variety and dosage of the original anti-schizophrenia drugs, and treated with "first eight acupuncture" for three times a week. Before and after treatment, all patients were assessed with WHO quality of Life scale (WHOQOL-100), side effects scale (TESS), Hamilton anxiety scale (Hamilton anxiety scale) and Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) before treatment. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of each scale between the two groups. After treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups. After treatment, except for the independent field, social relationship field and environment field in the QOL-100 scale, there was no significant difference between the two groups. There were significant differences in the scores of other scales between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the physiological and psychological fields of the "first eight Needle" group in the WHQOL-100 scale, There were significant changes in mental support area, general health status and quality of life. In other scales, there were significant differences in scores of patients in the "first eight acupuncture" treatment group (P 0.05). In the control group, the scores of each scale were all different. Conclusion: Qin's "first eight Acupuncture" can obviously improve the quality of life and health status of schizophrenic patients. To a great extent, it can alleviate the adverse reactions caused by drugs and reconstruct the good psychological health feeling of the patients, which plays a very positive role in the patients' physical and psychological recovery.
