【摘要】：目的探討加味左金湯治療胃潰瘍的臨床效果,為加味左金湯治療胃潰瘍的臨床治療提供理論依據(jù)和參考意義。方法選取2014年1月—2017年6月在浙江老年關(guān)懷醫(yī)院接受治療的104例胃潰瘍患者為研究對(duì)象,并將其隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,各52例。對(duì)照組患者采用幽門螺桿菌(HP)四聯(lián)療法進(jìn)行治療觀察,觀察組患者采用加味左金湯聯(lián)合HP四聯(lián)療法進(jìn)行治療觀察,分析比較兩組患者治療效果、HP清除率及不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果觀察組的總有效率高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組的HP清除率高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療期間,觀察組無不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生,對(duì)照組有2例患者出現(xiàn)輕微程度的惡心、嘔吐等不良反應(yīng),且均出現(xiàn)在治療階段的中前期。結(jié)論加味左金湯治療胃潰瘍的臨床效果顯著,改善了生活質(zhì)量,提高了HP清除率,臨床治療過程中值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Zuojin decoction on gastric ulcer. Methods 104 patients with gastric ulcer who were treated in Zhejiang elderly Care Hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were selected as subjects. The patients in the control group were treated with the combined therapy of Helicobacter pylori HP4, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Jiawei Zuojin decoction combined with HP tetralogy. Results the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), the HP clearance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the observation group, 2 patients in the control group had slight nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions, all of them appeared in the middle and early stage of treatment. Conclusion the clinical effect of Jiawei Zuojin decoction on gastric ulcer is remarkable. The quality of life is improved and HP clearance rate is improved. It is worth popularizing in the course of clinical treatment.
