維醫(yī)沙療下股動脈雙向流固耦合血流動力學(xué)數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:研究室內(nèi)維醫(yī)沙療對人體供血量和動脈粥樣硬化的影響。應(yīng)用基于CT圖像的三維模型重構(gòu)技術(shù),構(gòu)建股動脈流固耦合模型;使用雙向流固耦合(FSI)方法,分別對維醫(yī)沙療前后的血液流動情況進(jìn)行血流動力學(xué)模擬。通過比較兩者的速度矢量、壁面壓強(qiáng)及von-Mises等效應(yīng)力,討論維醫(yī)沙療對動脈粥樣硬化、人體供血量以及缺血性腦卒中發(fā)生的影響。結(jié)果表明:維醫(yī)沙療后流場特征時刻的最大血流速度分別增大16.78%、24.14%、29.03%,von-Mises等效應(yīng)力分別增大64.4%、69.76%、74.14%。維醫(yī)沙療可以增加血流量,改善人體供血能力,對預(yù)防動脈內(nèi)血小板的沉積以及缺血性腦卒中發(fā)生起積極作用;維醫(yī)沙療后von-Mises等效應(yīng)力明顯增加,會加大股動脈粥樣硬化斑塊破裂的可能性,患者進(jìn)行維醫(yī)沙療時需要慎重。
[Abstract]:The effects of medical sand therapy on blood supply and atherosclerosis were studied. A three-dimensional model reconstruction technique based on CT image was used to construct a fluid-solid coupling model of femoral artery. The hemodynamic simulation of blood flow before and after treatment was carried out respectively. By comparing the velocity vector, wall pressure and von-Mises equivalent stress, the effects of Uygur medical sand therapy on atherosclerosis were discussed. The results showed that the maximum blood flow velocity at the characteristic moment of the flow field after the treatment was increased by 16.78 and 24.14, respectively. The equivalent stress of Von-Mises was increased by 64.4% and 69.76% 74.14, respectively. The treatment of the medicine sand can increase the blood flow and improve the blood supply ability of the human body. It plays an active role in preventing platelet deposition and ischemic stroke, and the equivalent stress of von-Mises increases obviously after treatment, which will increase the possibility of rupture of atherosclerotic plaques in femoral artery, so the patients should be careful in the treatment of atherosclerotic plaques.
