【摘要】：目的:探究中醫(yī)情志護理對骨科手術(shù)患者焦慮狀態(tài)及睡眠質(zhì)量的影響。方法:選取我院收治的骨科手術(shù)患者80例,采用隨機數(shù)字表隨機分為兩組,兩組各40例,其中對照組給予常規(guī)護理,實驗組則在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用中醫(yī)情志護理,兩組患者均護理4周。護理結(jié)束后,通過問卷調(diào)查的形式統(tǒng)計患者焦慮狀態(tài)及睡眠質(zhì)量,對比護理前后患者疼痛癥狀積分的改善情況并計算總有效率。結(jié)果:(1)經(jīng)護理后,實驗組患者術(shù)后焦慮狀態(tài)及睡眠質(zhì)量均有明顯改善,且實驗組改善程度明顯高于對照組,兩組結(jié)果差異性顯著有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)經(jīng)護理后,兩組患者疼痛癥狀均有所緩解,實驗組患者術(shù)后疼痛指標(biāo)降低程度明顯高于對照組,兩組結(jié)果差異性顯著有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);(3)經(jīng)護理后,兩組患者臨床癥狀有所改善,實驗組患者護理后總有效率為85.0%,對照組患者護理后總有效率為67.5%,實驗組總有效率明顯高于對照組,兩組結(jié)果差異性顯著有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)情志護理能夠緩解患者緊張心情,降低患者術(shù)后疼痛感,明顯改善患者焦慮的心理狀態(tài),有助于提高睡眠質(zhì)量,并對臨床有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of emotional nursing in traditional Chinese medicine on anxiety and sleep quality of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. Methods: 80 patients with orthopedic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basis of the control group. The patients in both groups were cared for 4 weeks. After nursing, the anxiety state and sleep quality of the patients were counted by questionnaire survey. Results after nursing, the anxiety state and sleep quality of the patients in the experimental group improved significantly, and the degree of improvement in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). After nursing, the pain symptoms of the two groups were relieved, and the pain index of the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. After nursing, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved, the total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was 85.0, the total effective rate in the control group was 67.5, the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can relieve the tension, reduce the pain, improve the anxiety of the patients and improve the sleep quality, and the difference between the two groups is significant (P 0.05), conclusion: TCM emotional nursing can relieve the tension of the patients, reduce the pain of the patients, improve the anxiety state of the patients, and improve the quality of sleep. And has the guiding significance to the clinic.
