【摘要】：目的:通過輸刺阿是穴合委中刺絡(luò)放血療法與常規(guī)針刺療法對氣滯血瘀型腰3橫突綜合征的臨床療效對比,試述輸刺阿是穴合委中刺絡(luò)放血療法對氣滯血瘀型腰3橫突綜合征的作用機(jī)理及優(yōu)勢,為腰3橫突綜合征的針灸治療開辟新思路。方法:按照隨機(jī)對照原則,將60例氣滯血瘀型腰3橫突綜合征患者隨機(jī)分為治療組與對照組兩組,每組各30例。治療組選用痛點(diǎn)阿是穴輸刺結(jié)合委中穴刺絡(luò)放血療法,對照組選用腎俞、氣海俞、大腸俞、委中、膈俞穴常規(guī)針刺療法。兩組均于3個(gè)療程結(jié)束后進(jìn)行療效評定。選用VAS及JOA評分表對兩組樣本治療前后的臨床療效進(jìn)行評定與對比。選用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:1、兩組樣本資料間性別、年齡、病程及病情程度相比較,均無顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),具有可比性。2、兩組樣本治療前后組內(nèi)及組間VAS及JOA評分相比較,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。3、治療組治愈24例,顯效3例,有效1例,無效2例;對照組治愈16例,顯效4例,有效2例,無效8例。治療組的總有效率為93.33%,與對照組總有效率73.33%相比,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:輸刺阿是穴合委中刺絡(luò)放血療法對氣滯血瘀型腰3橫突綜合征的療效明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺療法,具有臨床推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the transmission and stabbed Ashi pricking the clinical curative effect of phlebotomy therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy on qi stagnation and blood stasis type 3 lumbar transverse process syndrome, the transmission mechanism and advantages of stabbed Ashi He Wei in pricking blood therapy on qi stagnation and blood stasis type 3 lumbar transverse process syndrome, acupuncture treatment for waist 3 transverse process syndrome to open up new ideas. Methods: in accordance with the principle of randomization, 60 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis type 3 lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group used Pain Point Weizhong needling combined with Ashi infusion pricking blood therapy, control group selection Shenshu, qihaishu, Dachangshu, Weizhong, Geshu conventional acupuncture. The curative effect was evaluated in two groups after the 3 course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of VAS and JOA scores of the two groups before and after treatment were assessed and compared samples. Using SPSS19.0 statistical software. For the statistical analysis. Results: 1, two groups of sample data between gender, age, course of disease and the severity of comparison, there were no significant differences (P0.05), comparable to.2, two groups of samples before and after the treatment group and the group of VAS and JOA score were compared, with statistical difference (.3, P0.05) the treatment group 24 cases were cured, 3 cases were cured, 1 cases effective, 2 cases were invalid; the control group 16 cases were cured, 4 cases were cured, 2 cases effective, 8 cases were invalid. The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.33%, and the total efficiency of the control group was 73.33% compared with statistical difference (P0.05). Conclusion: the lost the curative effect is obviously superior to conventional acupuncture stabbed Ashi He Wei in pricking blood therapy on qi stagnation and blood stasis type 3 lumbar transverse process syndrome, has clinical value.
