【摘要】：《千金要方》與《千金翼方》廣泛收集唐以前醫(yī)家治療外感熱病學(xué)術(shù)思想與臨床經(jīng)驗�！肚Ы鹨健分�"傷寒",雜取張仲景、華佗、王叔和等諸家,從中可看到不同流派文本疊壓在一起的現(xiàn)象�！肚Ы鹨矸健肪砭啪硎疄閭糠�,所引用張仲景的內(nèi)容較為系統(tǒng)完整,是現(xiàn)存唐最完整的《傷寒論》傳本。《傷寒論》經(jīng)孫思邈大力提倡漸為世人重視,傷寒由諸說并存到獨宗張仲景轉(zhuǎn)折點,應(yīng)以《千金翼方》為其開端,故將兩部《千金方》合看對傷寒研究具有一定價值。
[Abstract]:"Qianjin Yao Fang" and "Qianjin Yifang" extensively collected the academic thought and clinical experience of physicians in treating exogenous febrile diseases before the Tang Dynasty. On "typhoid fever", Zhang Zhongjing, Hua Tuo, Wang Shuhe, etc. From this, we can see the phenomenon that the texts of different schools are stacked together. "Qianjin Yi Fang" Volume 9: 10 is the part of typhoid fever, and the contents cited by Zhang Zhongjing are relatively systematic and complete. It is the most complete biography of febrile fever in the Tang Dynasty. Through Sun Simiao, Sun Simiao strongly advocated that the common people should attach importance to typhoid fever. The turning point of typhoid fever from the coexistence of various theories to the sole emperor Zhang Zhongjing should begin with "Qianjin Feifang" as its starting point. Therefore, it is valuable to study typhoid fever by combining the two parts of Qianjin Fang.
