【摘要】：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一種主要累及肺臟的臨床常見病,同時也可引起肺外臟器的不良效應(yīng),存在多種合并癥。焦慮抑郁是COPD患者臨床常見的合并癥,又常常影響到COPD的治療和預(yù)后。從中醫(yī)理論、臨床治療及現(xiàn)代研究等角度論述肝調(diào)暢情志與慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并焦慮抑郁的相關(guān)性,從而指導(dǎo)臨床。
[Abstract]:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common clinical disease which mainly involves the lung, and it can also cause the adverse effects of extrapulmonary organs. There are many kinds of complications. Anxiety and depression are common complications in patients with COPD. From the point of view of TCM theory, clinical treatment and modern research, this paper discusses the relationship between the mood of liver regulation and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with anxiety and depression, so as to guide clinical practice.
