【摘要】：乙型肝炎病毒相關(guān)性腎炎是臨床常見疾病,其臨床表現(xiàn)與原發(fā)性腎小球腎炎相似,以浮腫、泡沫尿為主要表現(xiàn),后期可出現(xiàn)腎病綜合征表現(xiàn),甚至出現(xiàn)腎功能減退,發(fā)展為尿毒癥期。該病具有遷延性、不典型、多樣化等特點。邵朝弟教授認(rèn)為其中醫(yī)病機(jī)在于正氣不足,濕熱毒邪壅滯,邵教授運用自擬補腎祛邪方以補氣養(yǎng)陰,清熱解毒治療該病,臨床療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis is a common clinical disease. Its clinical manifestation is similar to that of primary glomerulonephritis. Professor Shao Chaodi believes that the pathogenesis of the disease lies in the deficiency of qi, dampness and heat, and the stagnation of evil. Professor Shao uses the prescription of tonifying kidney, dispelling evil to nourish qi and nourish Yin. The curative effect of clearing away heat and detoxification for the disease is remarkable.
