【摘要】：正股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)炎是臨床最常見(jiàn)的皮神經(jīng)炎,為一種由于多種原因引起股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)損害而產(chǎn)生的大腿前外側(cè)皮膚感覺(jué)異常與疼痛的綜合征。筆者曾有幸跟隨李志道教授學(xué)習(xí),采用毛刺合直刺股外穴治療股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)炎26例,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。1臨床資料26例患者均來(lái)自2014年10月至2016年3月天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬�？滇t(yī)院針灸門(mén)診,其中男17例,女9例;年齡最小23歲,最大69歲;病程最短3周,最長(zhǎng)2年。均符合股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)炎診
[Abstract]:Positive lateral femoral dermatitis is the most common cutaneous neuritis in clinic. It is a syndrome of abnormal sensation and pain in the anterolateral thigh skin caused by damage to the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. 26 cases of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis were treated with Spurs combined with straight external point of femur. The clinical data of 26 cases were reported as follows: from October 2014 to March 2016, all 26 cases were from the clinic of acupuncture and moxibustion of Baokang Hospital affiliated to Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine, of which 17 cases were males and 9 cases were females. The minimum age is 23 years, the maximum is 69 years, the course of disease is shortest 3 weeks, the longest is 2 years. All accord with the diagnosis of lateral femoral dermatitis
