【摘要】：目的:1理論探索及應(yīng)用通過本項目的研究,對瑤醫(yī)養(yǎng)生保健理論做進一步的探索,并對瑤族民間世代相傳的有效養(yǎng)生方法進行整理和驗證,最終指導(dǎo)廣西民眾進行養(yǎng)生保健。2臨床觀察觀察瑤醫(yī)神火灸治療慢性疲勞綜合征的臨床療效。希望通過本研究有效評價瑤醫(yī)神火灸的養(yǎng)生保健療效,為將來推廣瑤醫(yī)神火灸的養(yǎng)生保健提供支持和指導(dǎo)。方法:1理論探索及應(yīng)用一是在中國醫(yī)院知識倉庫CHKD期刊全文庫、專著及圖書館收藏與瑤醫(yī)養(yǎng)生保健理論相關(guān)的文獻資料。二是瑤區(qū)走訪、調(diào)查,收集民風(fēng)民俗以及老瑤醫(yī)、瑤族老人的養(yǎng)生經(jīng)驗。從情志、飲食、環(huán)境、運動等方面進行整理、歸納瑤族養(yǎng)生保健方法。2臨床觀察本研究收集慢性疲勞綜合征患者60名,隨機分為兩組,治療組予瑤醫(yī)神火灸,對照組予能量、維生素和調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)張力藥物。觀察治療28天后,患者疲勞量表和疲勞評定量表的變化情況,并運用統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法進行數(shù)據(jù)處理與結(jié)果分析。結(jié)果:1理論探索及應(yīng)用瑤醫(yī)藥養(yǎng)生保健理論是瑤族先民經(jīng)過長期的生活實踐而總結(jié)形成的。由于瑤族地區(qū)所處的特殊地理環(huán)境逐漸形成了瑤族人的特殊體質(zhì),而他們在養(yǎng)生保健方面有著獨特的方法及注意事項,特別是在情志、飲食、運動、居住環(huán)境等方面都有講究。而這些養(yǎng)生保健方法都遵循著瑤醫(yī)藥的養(yǎng)生保健原則。2臨床觀察經(jīng)治療28天后隨訪的瑤醫(yī)神火灸及西藥組有效率分別為90%和70%,兩組患者治療后疲勞量表和疲勞評定量表經(jīng)分析后有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),瑤醫(yī)神火灸治療效果優(yōu)于西藥組。結(jié)論:1理論探索及應(yīng)用通過“瑤醫(yī)藥養(yǎng)生保健的理論探索及應(yīng)用”,對瑤族養(yǎng)生保健理論內(nèi)涵進行進一步探索和總結(jié)�，幾迕耖g在養(yǎng)生保健方面均積累了豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗,整理和歸納養(yǎng)生方法對廣大民眾有參考性意義。2臨床觀察臨床研究結(jié)果顯示,采用瑤醫(yī)神火灸治療慢性疲勞綜合征療效確切。臨床觀察過程中未見不良事件,患者依從性良好。是一種安全有效、無副作用的治療方法,可在臨床養(yǎng)生保健中推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: 1 Theoretical Exploration and application through this project research, further exploration of the Yao health care theory, and the effective method of health Yao traditional folk collection and verification, the final guidance of Guangxi people health care.2 clinical effects observed by Yao fire moxibustion treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. Hope that through the effect of health care and effective evaluation in this study by Yao fire moxibustion, provide support and guidance for future health promotion by Yao fire moxibustion. Methods: 1 Theoretical Exploration and application in knowledge warehouse CHKD Journal Full-text Database Chinese hospital, books and library associated with Yao health care theory of literature. The two is Yao District visits, investigation, collection of folk customs and old Yao, Yao people. From the emotional experience of health, diet, environment, sports and other aspects of finishing, induction of Yao health Health.2 clinical observation of this study collected 60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome, were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group was treated by Yao fire moxibustion, the control group was treated with energy, vitamins and drugs. To observe the regulation of nerve tension after 28 days of treatment, patients with fatigue scale and fatigue rating scale changes, data processing and analysis and the result of the use of statistical methods. Results: 1 Theoretical Exploration and application of Yao medicine health care theory is the ancestors of the Yao after the long life practice and summary form. Due to the special geographical environment in which the Yao area gradually formed a special constitution of the Yao people, while they are in health care has a unique method and the matters needing attention in particular, emotion, diet, exercise, living environment and other aspects have to pay attention. And these health care methods follow the clinical observation of health care principles.2 Yao medicine 28 days after treatment with the Yao by fire moxibustion and Western medicine group visit rates were 90% and 70%, two groups of patients after treatment of fatigue scale and fatigue rating scale after analysis was statistically significant (P0.01), Yao by fire moxibustion treatment effect is better than western medicine group. No adverse events in clinical observation process, with good compliance. It is a safe and effective method of treatment, no side effect, can be widely used in clinical health care.
