【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價疏肝健脾法治療功能性消化不良的臨床療效。方法:通過計算機及手工檢索對2006年5月—2015年12月期間國內公開發(fā)表的,關于采用疏肝健脾法中醫(yī)藥與西藥對照治療功能性消化不良的臨床隨機對照試驗的文獻研究進行搜集,并按照納入、排除標準進行篩選,選出符合要求的文獻。采用Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)評價手冊對文獻質量進行評價,并對其進行Meta分析。結果:本研究共篩選出25篇符合納入標準的文獻,納入研究樣本量共2391例,其中試驗組1239人,對照組1152人。Meta分析結果:總療效評價,RR值=1.23,95%CI(1.17,1.30),RR合并假設檢驗Z=7.57,P0.00001,說明疏肝健脾法中藥治療功能性消化不良療效優(yōu)于西藥;安全性分析,中藥治療FD的藥物不良反應出現(xiàn)率為3.2%,西藥組為15.6%,OR合并假設檢驗,Z=3.37(P=0.0008),即中藥組比西藥組在治療FD過程中安全性更好;復發(fā)率分析,治療組復發(fā)率為13.3%,對照組復發(fā)率為31.7%,OR合并假設檢驗,Z=4.93(P0.00001),即中藥組治療FD的復發(fā)率比西藥組更低。結論:疏肝健脾法中藥治療功能性消化不良療效及安全性優(yōu)于西藥,復發(fā)率較西藥組更低。由于納入文獻的搜索并不完全,且納入文獻的質量評價較低,結果的可參考性仍有待商榷,本研究仍存在一定的局限性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the method of soothing liver and strengthening spleen in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. The literature on the randomized controlled trial of treating functional dyspepsia with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine (Western medicine) was collected and screened according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The quality of the literature was evaluated by the Cochrane system evaluation manual and analyzed by Meta. Results: 25 articles were selected to meet the inclusion criteria, and 2391 samples were included in the study. Results of Meta-analysis of 1239 patients in the experimental group and 1152 in the control group: the RR value of the total curative effect was 1.2395CI1.171.171.30C / RR combined with hypothesis test ZH7.57 P0.00001, which indicated that the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen was better than that of the western medicine, and the safety analysis showed that the traditional Chinese medicine for soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen was superior to the western medicine for treatment of functional dyspepsia. The occurrence rate of adverse drug reactions in the treatment of FD with Chinese medicine was 3.2 and that in the western medicine group was 15.6OR combined with hypothesis test, that is, the safety of TCM group was better than that of western medicine group in the treatment of FD, and the recurrence rate was analyzed. The relapse rate of the treatment group was 13.3g and that of the control group was 31.7or plus hypothesis test. The recurrence rate of FD in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group. Conclusion: the curative effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of functional dyspepsia is better than that of western medicine. The recurrence rate was lower than that in the western medicine group. Because the search for the included literature was not complete and the quality evaluation of the included literature was low, the referential value of the results was still open to question, and there were still some limitations in this study.
