【摘要】：目的:本研究系統(tǒng)梳理1985-2015年間針灸治療腸易激綜合征的現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)整理針灸治療腸易激綜合征的取穴、歸經(jīng)、配伍規(guī)律等,歸納針灸治療腸易激綜合征的臨床應(yīng)用規(guī)律,以期為臨床治療提供參考。方法:本研究采用計(jì)算機(jī)檢索的方法,檢索源以相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、維普中文期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、萬方學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(WF)為主,以“腸易激綜合征”或“腹瀉”或“便秘”并含“針刺”或“針灸”或“灸”為主題或者關(guān)鍵詞,對1985-2015年間收錄的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行檢索并篩選,系統(tǒng)梳理符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的全部文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果:1.針灸治療腸易激綜合征的現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量逐年增加,尤其是近十年文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量攀升明顯。2.腸易激綜合征的針灸辨證治療主要從臟腑辨證入手,肝郁脾虛型、脾腎陽虛型、脾胃虛弱型、脾虛型及腎虛型是當(dāng)前臨床研究涉及的主要證型,其中以肝郁脾虛證和脾腎陽虛證最為多見。3.基于頻次-數(shù)量比值,針灸治療腸易激綜合征以足陽明胃經(jīng)經(jīng)穴、任脈經(jīng)穴和足太陽膀胱經(jīng)經(jīng)穴為主;腧穴選取側(cè)重特定穴,下合穴和募穴最為多見。特定穴中頻次前4位者為足三里、天樞、中脘與上巨虛。4.臨床研究對腸易激綜合征的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和療效評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)多樣,診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)頻次前3位者為羅馬Ⅲ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、羅馬Ⅱ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和《中藥新藥臨床研究指導(dǎo)原則》,療效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)頻次分散。結(jié)論:針灸治療腸易激綜合征療效肯定,有效率高,涉及的經(jīng)脈、腧穴分布廣泛,經(jīng)脈以足陽明胃經(jīng)和任脈為主;腧穴以特定穴為主,注重合募并舉,兼以腑會。
[Abstract]:Objective: this study systematically combed the modern literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of irritable bowel syndrome from 1985 to 2015, summarized and sorted out the acupoints, meridians and compatibility rules of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for irritable bowel syndrome, and summarized the clinical application rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating irritable bowel syndrome. In order to provide reference for clinical treatment, this study adopted the method of computer retrieval. The main sources of the search were CNKI, Weipu Chinese periodical database and WF-based WF-based academic journal full-text database. Based on "irritable bowel syndrome" or "diarrhea" or "constipation" and containing "acupuncture" or "acupuncture" or "moxibustion" as the subject or key words, the literature collected from 1985 to 2015 was searched and screened. Results 1. The number of modern literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for irritable bowel syndrome increased year by year. Especially in the past ten years, the number of literature has increased significantly .2.Acupuncture and moxibustion dialectical treatment of irritable bowel syndrome mainly starts with syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, spleen and kidney yang deficiency, spleen and stomach weakness, and so on. Spleen deficiency type and kidney deficiency type are the main syndromes involved in the current clinical research, of which liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and spleen and kidney yang deficiency are the most common. 3. Based on the ratio of frequency to quantity, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of irritable bowel syndrome is based on the point of foot yang Ming stomach meridian. Renmai meridian and foot sun bladder meridian were the main points, acupoints focused on specific points, Xianhe acupoints and Jun acupoints were the most common. The top 4 points in the specific acupoints were Zusanli, Tianshu, Zusanli, Tianshu, 4.
